Shudder Free Trial April 2024

If just using the website it's fantastic, I'm in Australia and have only had a few instances so far of buffering, what it severely lacks however is a decent filter function so you can chose only movies/shows that are in your language currently all you can do is chose genreCan't get it to work on a ROKU it sais it's not available in your region, even tho it clearly is as it works via website.

I don’t why the below reviews are here, I can only suspect it’s a pissy customer creating multiple profiles to get back. Cancellation was as easy as going on the site and clicking unsubscribe. To double check I emailed Shudder to confirm who got back to me within 24 hours. Easy. Don’t know what the drama is all about.

Love it! Only $5 bucks a month and has Joe Bob Briggs. Selections are getting better every yr.

I have had shudder for over a year now and it is nothing but great. New movies all the time, old great movies and plenty of selections. But best of all they got joe bob Briggs and he is awesome. This channel rocks and for only $5.99 you can’t beat it!!!

A little overpriced considering they don't update the movie library often enough, but a decent addition to my other streaming services.

I’m actually confused, should i be worried? Tried to put in my card info a few times and it kept telling me it was wrong, but some how I’m still able to access the films, even though i have no subscription. Don’t want there to be charges later...especially since it would be impossible for me to cancel a subscription i don’t technically have.

When I first used Shudder I was a little disappointed to not see a lot of the major Blockbuster horror films (if you're looking for The Conjuring, Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, the entirety of the Halloween franchise, Chucky, etc., you're in the wrong place). Shudder, however, has an absolutely fantastic collection of horror movies you likely wouldn't otherwise have seen. They have a ton of great films as well as a bunch of "so bad they're great" films. This isn't a platform for casual horror fans who only want to see the mainstream content; this is for the hardcore horror fans who like the stuff you're not likely to see on TV or on DVD at Walmart anytime soon.And their exclusive content is also great. Some of the movies are a little hit-or-miss, but Joe Bob Briggs is on Shudder exclusively and that alone is worth the price of admission. Watching his show live with the horror community and hanging out together on Twitter is so much fun, and if you don't experience an episode of The Last Drive-In live, then you haven't yet experienced the full potential of Shudder.I absolutely love this app. I had no issues with cancelling (after my free trial I waited a few months before I subscribed, at which point there was no turning back), nor have I had any billing issues with them. They offer exactly as advertised without any issues. They're owned by AMC, so they have a highly reputable provider backing them up. I've been using it without issues and I can't see myself cancelling anytime soon.

I am gonna keep true to my word. They told me how to fix the problem. Now I will give them a better rating. They do have a good selection of movies. However if you are looking for mainstream only horror flicks then you are gonna be wasting yer time. That said: Unless you have had a pure awful experience I would say give em a shot.

Love this service and the exclusives. Plus there are some good foreign movies & shows on this.

I read these reviews saying this company is a scam, that's false. For one, T-Mobile wouldn't just do a huge partner deal with them if they were a scam. You all should do a lot more research on the proper way to cancel your subscriptions through the app as the instructions say before you go online defaming their character.This company is no different than NETFLIX except they have a TON of BETTER horror and drama films. I highly recommend them to anyone who like to be on the edge of their seats all day watching good shows like this site has. Shudder, I need a job if you're hiring. Id love to be in the PR dept.
