I've bought SamsBeauty makeup products and it was nice! Actually the price was really cheap so I didn't expected a lot. But I was surprised that the quality was good enough.I think I'll buy it again soon.

They have a wide selection with great prices. The shipping was fast. They kept you updated on your purchase. It was a great experience.

Order shipped payed extra to ship order came couple days later but I was impressed everything came nothing was missing or damaged company need free shipping after you purchase large quantity of items.

I order from here all the time. My things come when they’re supposed to. They don’t try to sell items that aren’t in their inventory. I always get exactly what I expect. I haven’t had much contact with the customer service department, as I don’t have any issues. The minimal contact I have had has been great. I would say that popular wigs are often not in stock. My one suggestion is to look into who is buying your product. I suspect companies like Ebonyline are shopping your sales, marking up your prices and selling them back to your customers. So to your customers it seems like you can’t keep up with demand. Please implement a way to prevent this.

Overall the company is amazing. Ships on time orders processed great. The products arrive to you on time but the structure of the website such as the points I keep getting have no explanation as to how the points accumulate and how many points are needed before you get any coupons. The last order I received one of the wigs the cap was huge on my head I cannot use it so dissatisfied with the Ciara wig but I will say I will order again

Customer service employees are very helpful and polite. I have no complaints.

I'm only able to speak for the human hair blend and synthetic wigs that were without question 5 star quality with 5 star price. I got 4 wigs and I'm pasting the online reciept below if you want to look them up yourself.Anyway, I'm pretty obsessed with finding the best universal wigs and after getting familiar with the brand names and pictures I noticed they had every wig from this site at the wig shop down the street for TRIPLE the price. I'm not Joking it hurt when I saw it cuz I felt like a chump thinking the little sweet Asian lady was giving me a deal when actually she still was getting more then double it's worth. Each wig I bought was under 50 but would have cost 130 or more because you don't normally find 13x6 synthetics around here surprisingly. But all wigs were true to advertising if not prettier in person. I think the low reviews may have been the human hair selection but I already know that will be a hit or miss ANYWHERE you search for human hair/labeled remy & unprocessed virgin hair.So if your looking for a synthetic I say go for it. You will be less disappointed then you would if you went to a beauty supply and paid triple what they have here. For real though Sams Beauty is my new jam.
