I love my orders i've done & received over the past Seven years and i have to say they're a good company. Everyone, however will not share this opinion. I Manage my very own small business and i can appreciate some receiving my products. However, i have had a few minor issues with my items and delivery times but that i will take up with UPS...other than that i like ordering from this company.

Wow!! I ordered my favorite hair products and they came in the mail on Saturday. I was so happy because I was just about to wash my hair. I am soo happy with my order and prompt delivery.

Well it’s me again I got my packages and it’s great. Just like the picture. I don’t know why you got sooo many bad reviews but thank god my packages are here and I just received mine

regarding customer service, they were kind over the phone. granted though, i only had to call once for help and understanding because this was my first order, and they took out 174.54 from my bank account at the same time that they took 151.72 for my first order. it was weird and unsettling, especially since i was reading tons and tons of horrible reviews AFTER i placed the order that i really thought i was a victim of fraud! however! ^-^ when i called, they answered very fast and told me it was a mistake in their system. i did receive my refund for the extra funds that were taken from me in a matter of 2 business days (total of 4 days because it happened over weekend on a saturday)regarding all the wigs i bought for myself and the one that i bought for my mom - (my mom shopped here a few times before i ever did) the quality was AMAZING. I did my research on every product before i put them in my cart because i wanted to be sure id love every single one. OH MAN DID I!!!!! i got 7 different wigs and all were gorgeous on me. all different colors. ive gotten sooo many compliments.regarding prices, the prices were outstandingly cheap for what i received. more like, too good to be true. lace fronts, human hair, and synthetics all affordable at once?!!! i couldnt find them cheaper when i looked around.regarding accuracy, their stock was on point. literally less than a minute after i bought my mom's human hair wig that she wanted, it said out of stock in that particular color( the item page updated in her email because she was watching it i guess? and she called me to ask if i was the one who bought it yet) which i was worried about because it seemed well-in stock and it never said low-stock or "1 left!" before my purchase was made. i was worried that they checked stock and realized they were out and finally updated their web page but we got all our items in their correct colors and styles in 2 days from the day it shipped so their stock on their website is accurate as far as my shopping experience!

I have no complaints! I love SamsBeauty, they have everything! They are always up to date with the latest trends. If you are ever looking for a one stop shop, shop at SamsBeauty!

I was so afraid to make a purchase from Sam's Beauty after reading so many negative reviews, but they had a couple of items that I wanted and so I took a chance and I'm glad that I did. I placed my order on a Friday and my order was processed on Saturday and shipped out on Monday and I got my tracking number the same day and my order will be here on Wednesday. I'm so happy that I decided to shop here.

I have been ordering from this company for about 3 years. My orders have always been correct and I usually receive them in 3 days or less.

I’ve been ordering from Sams Beauty for about 3-4 years now and I’ve never had an issue with them. I will however say shipping can be faster and it does take maybe up to two weeks to receive your order. But honestly I would rather wait since one wig from there is literally almost 30-40% price difference than at your local hair shop.

I order from here all the time. My things come when they’re supposed to. They don’t try to sell items that aren’t in their inventory. I always get exactly what I expect. I haven’t had much contact with the customer service department, as I don’t have any issues. The minimal contact I have had has been great. I would say that popular wigs are often not in stock. My one suggestion is to look into who is buying your product. I suspect companies like Ebonyline are shopping your sales, marking up your prices and selling them back to your customers. So to your customers it seems like you can’t keep up with demand. Please implement a way to prevent this.

I have to say that my experience with samsbeauty.com was amazing. The wig I ordered came with in 3 days. I called the next day to see if my order was shipped and it was. My items were great and I love that you can call and actually speak to a live person on the phone. I can't wait to order my next unit.
