The Lifeproof Fre phone case for the Iphone 7 has so far been a reliable case for me. After having used it for a while, there are a few pros and cons that have stood out with this case. For the most part, this phone case is a great investment and the pros outweigh the cons. Pros• Durability: The case is very durable and definitely holds up to the standard that Lifeproof sets. Working in an environment that is very punishing and unforgiving to a phone if it is not protected, there has never been any damage to the phone itself while having this case on. • Waterproof: The case is waterproof. When spending a lot of time in the outdoors, having a case that is protective from liquids is very valuable. The Lifeproof Fre case is as waterproof as they claim it to be. After getting the case, it is recommended that you put it together without the phone inside and submerge it under water to test how waterproof it really is.• Design: This case is very slim and light, yet still lives up to the expectation when it comes to durability. It can be difficult to find a phone case that completely covers the phone, is durable, and is not bulky. This phone case meets all of those criteria.Cons • Call Quality: The call quality of the Lifeproof Fre case seems to be up for debate. When talking on the phone, the caller on the other line may not be able to hear you as well as if the case were not on. Callers have that the case makes a person’s voice quieter, making them hard to understand during a phone call. Alhough, this problem does not seem to happen all of the time, and could probably be resolved with more investigation into the problem.• Clean Screen: While installing the phone case, it is recommended (by Lifeproof) that one clean the phone screen from debri with a cloth that is provided. This is to ensure that no debri will be remaining when the phone case is installed on the phone. Although, most of the debri is removed from the phone, it is very difficult to completely remove all debri with the given cloth if you are not wanting to spend a ton of time cleaning it.Although there are both positive and negative aspects to the Lifeproof Fre case, it overall has been a very reliable case. This case has lived up to most of the expectations I had when purchasing it, and has saved me many times from having a broken phone. Overall, this phone is perfect for anyone who is spending a lot of times in an outdoor environment or is tough on their phone. The positive aspects of this phone case definitely outweigh the negatives.

Yes, the cases both lost their "waterproofness", but I can afford to scrap up 5 dollars for them to ship me a $100 product because the plastic that covers the home button fell off.By far the best customer service I've had the pleasure of calling. Both times they were very understanding and engaging. Every month or so, I recommend testing the case by submerging it and putting toilet paper inside to see if water is getting in. You should also do this if you plan on going somewhere where there is a chance your phone will be submerged.Great company.

Man, ive been reading all the reviews and a lot of these people must be buying fakes or something. Ive had 2 lifeproof cases, only because I have an LG G5 and with the always on display, the part of the case that allows the sensor to work rubbed off, but I called them and I got a new one within a few days. I didnt mind paying for shipping because I'm happy knowing my phone can go through anything and survive (not to mention, I got the case for only $65 because it was on sale). The case fits my phone perfectly, never had any issues with looseness, ive never had any scratches on my phone due to the case, nothing. This case has given me nothing but positivity. The only thing I can gripe about is the built-in screen makes the phone screen not look AS nice, but it's not a huge deal. I work at a fruit store and ive gotten melon all over the screen using it to play music, Ive had friends spill pop on my phone, ive spilled greasy vegetable juice on it, but just one quick rinse under the sink and it's perfect. Definitely will continue using lifeproof and everyone whos had a problem, I just have to say sucks for you lol

Ok, I have a Lifeproof case over my Google Pixel 2 phone. Don't like the phone much but the case saved me from having to get a new phone. I got stuck in a swap hole with my 4 Wheeler. In my efforts to free my wheeler my phone fell out of my pocket in the muck. I didn't realize it fell out of my pocket. About ten minutes later I realized I lost the phone. I back tracked to the mud hole in the swamp. Looked for several hours for the phone, no luck. I then borrowed my neighbors phone try and get me phone to ring. Heard no ring (later I found out, no signal). It was dark by this time. Went back in the morning (about 10 hours later). After about another hour of looking through the water and mud I found my phone in the wheeler tracks covered with about 1/2" off really wet swamp sludge. Phone still worked. Cover had a couple scratches, the charging port was muddy, and the speaker was not as loud as it should have been. Cleaned the mud out of the charging port and the phone charged like it should. The speaker got louder as it dried. This case saved my pocket book and stress load.

Best cases ever! I’ve had a few other cases they didn’t compare to LifeProof. Great company and great product!

Life proof Customer Service is the best I've ever dealt with or heard of. I called and got to talking within 1 minute, and he was extremely helpful, and even proceeded to small talk. The cases are also great, and I am happy that the warranty covers the problems.
