Ulta is my go to for makeup shopping. Unlike sephora, ulta has GOOD exclusive brands and items, amazing deals, very fast shipping and pick up orders, and overall a good experience.

I ordered two new eye shadow palettes, they came fast and no damages! Easy ordering process and checkout! Super fast delivery! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I was in the New Bern NC store doing a little shopping. When i met the most pleasant worker i think y'all may have. She gave me so much helpful advice about make up and which products to buy. And she was absolutely right. My face never looked so amazing since speaking with her. Ulta needs more Donnesha Foyes working at their stores.

This was my first time ordering online from Ulta Beauty and only after I did, did I come here to learn how bad it was. If I would have known beforehand, I would have gone to my nearest Ulta in person to buy my stuff.While I received my package in a timely manner with everything I ordered inside, one item I ordered (a bottle of oil) was broken and had spilled everywhere inside the bag it came in. There were other items inside the bag with it and the oil got all over it and even inside the box. I could also see a puncture mark inside the box from when the bottle of oil dug into it and snapped off so I know it happened because it wasn’t packaged properly.Also, the way they packaged the products for safety during shipping was poor. There was only one sheet of bubble wrap, five air filled packing pillows, and thin plastic bags that they crowded a lot of my items into.Luckily most of the items I ordered came in sturdy containers otherwise I’m sure something else would’ve gotten broken. I sent Ulta an email about this and I have not heard back from them yet. I will update when I do.Update: So I received an email from Ulta Beauty and they offered to send me a replacement! I received an order confirmation email immediately afterwards so I would say it has been resolved.Final update: I received the replacement they sent out and it wasn’t damaged! So I’m really happy with their timeliness but I would rather shop in store to avoid something like this potentially happening again.

Didnt have any major problems when i last ordered. The packaging wasnt the best and one item was missing but they fixed it pretty quickly and threw in some extra samples and coupons

Honestly prefer to order online. I went to my local Ulta on Dec 29th in search for a particular shampoo and since I could not find it I tried asking an employee. As I approached her (she literally gave me eye contact) she turned around quickly and pretended to not see me. Anyways, once I realized I was not going to be helped I looked for a different shampoo product (REDKEN EXTREME IN THE BLUE BOTTLE) I have never used this product and out of curiosity I asked the cashier if she knew how it smells and she looked at me confused and said, "I mean its pretty much a neutral scent"...… UMMMM no. Once I got to my car and tore the seal the scent was far from neutral. Its okay if you don't know but don't lie for a speedy transaction..

I literally walked in and looked around for an associate and here comes Taber or TJ and he IMMEDIATELY hooked me up with Biolage HYDRAsource ...I told him my scalp was very dry and my hair was very severely damaged and he hooked a girl up...took a shower tonight and used the product and I am sooo happy and after one use! And it was less than $60 sooo worth it in my eyes ❤️#grateful

I recently shopped in the Deptford Ulta where I was helped by two very awesome associates, Jojo and Lauren. They were both extremely polite and helpful with all of my questions. However, I noticed the two of them were trying to keep up while other employees were gathered talking to one another. I walked by this group several times un-noticed. Lucky Jojo observed I needed help and came over. Jojo and Lauren deserve some recognition.
