I’m impressed by the Gopro Support team. A part on my Gopro was broken so I contacted the support. In only 3 days I had been through the whole system, and a spare part was already delivered to me. In note, I was the slow factor in the progress.The supporters had a friendly but professional tone.Overall I’m very impressed: 10/10.

I did give them 5 star as the customer service promptly sorted out my worries.I've ordered the item from 06/01/21 and received 19/01/21. I have waited for few more days, considering it might be an issue of Brexit or Covid that cause delays.With my worries I tried to track the item,it's still pending, no updates emails and it seems they can only contact you. So, when I found a lot of negative reviews but one. I did took action to reach them through GoProsupport. Luckily, I bought subscription w/ the item as it's priority. I did get contacted by Mariam, which she really did a fantastic job handling my case. For some reason I did noticed they reorder the item to get things on track. Just the thought of not contacting them might have gone diffrerently.

Gopro is actually the best so far! I bought a gopro hero5 last year and very effecient until now. Now I have upgrade to gopro hero7 black and it was worth every penny! Stabilization is awesome! Never had I regretted buying gopro. Worth the wait from my shipping, they always let me know where's my product especially when it arrived from my country.

Don't often leave reviews but after reading so many negatives (after purchasing directly from GoPro) I thought I'd share my experience to give others some hope- im sure there is many others but only negatives seem to be left!Ordered from the GoPro website directly, was shipped 2 days later and received it on the third day. I did use next day delivery however.

Just got my Hero Black 9 and this camera is absolutely stunning. The controls are much easier to use than my Hero Black3+ camera that I've had for years. I wasn't sure that I wanted to get another GoPro camera, but the new features sealed the deal. This is a great backup for me to have on hand when I need to grab a shot that my DSLR cannot handle. I do wish it was a little cheaper since I won't be using it all the time, but for now I'm happy with what I got.

Absolutely love my GoPro Hero 6, I take it with me everytime i travel and never had any issues. Keep it up.

I got for my birthday a GoPro Hero4 Silver, the one with the back screen. It comes with a waterproof housing (up to 40m) but for technical diving purposes I required the waterproof housing for up to 60m. Everywhere you look (gopro and other sites) you'll see in the product description that the dive housing for Hero4 fits every edition, including the Silver. However, the backdoor which came with the housing had a big black rubber strip, largely blocking the view on the screen. It does not only impair the view on the screen but can also damage the screen which fortunately did not happen to me. The product description should be clarified. When I opened a complaint to GoPro I quickly got a reply saying that they would replace the backdoor free-of-charge. I had to send the original invoice (not easy when you got it as a gift) and the invoice of the dive housing purchase. I noticed that the communication was really tailored to my complaint and not a standard template. It was also very clear and complete. My mail contact signed with "Alex F". Once I had gotten hold of the invoices everything went very quick and smooth and I received the correct backdoor without any hassle. Great stuff!

I read some of reviews and was slightly concerned. But I noticed that a number of reviewer names were the same and a few had only one review. Therefore I am not sure how accurate many of the reviews are. We picked up the £100 offer. I sent in an old digitial camera last week and this was received by GoPro on Friday (within 2 days). I called the Customer Service Team on Monday just to check everything was in order and they were friendly and helpful. They said that the maximum timescale was about 2 weeks. On Tuesday I got an email saying the GoPro would be delivered today. And yes I have the GoPro. It has taken about a week from when I sent the old camera to receving the new one. In summary it all seems to work, quick turnaround and friendly and helpful staff. So my main observations be careful around other comments because our experience is very different to what many are saying...
