great customer service!
love monki clothesmy only issue was that my package got lost this is not their fault but hermes the delivery company they always use!ordered on saturday and by wednesday my package was out for delivery! i just never got it as hermes lost my package!however when i contacted monki on wednesday they got back to me within a couple of days and told me they would look into it.They then gave me the option of either having a refund or they would look into where my package is! i opted for a refund which came back to my palpay account right away! they then sent me a 10% off code for my trouble which i appreciated! it wasent their fault that my package went missing but i hope in the future they stop using hermes for delivery!

I love monki, i have ordered around 5 times now and each time the quality is always amazing, their size guides are very realistic and are actually true to size. On top of that they are one of the only online companies that actually honours next day delivery, I have paid the 10€ every time I've ordered and it always arrives exactly the next morning! Really recommend this place ☺

Great style & customer service
I love Monki and their unique style. The sizing is quite varied though with their oversized items so often I'm ordering various sizes. But I'm a fan and regular shopper with them. The online customer service has been very good and I always get a positive vibe from them.

Tiny jeans which did not match the size guide
The size guide for jeans said size 28 was the right fit. When I received my new jeans the size was at least two sizes too small. There is no way to just send the jeans back and swap them for a different size which was really inconvenient as they were bought for me as a gift. I have had to send them back for a full refund for the person who bought them for me and reorder a new pair. On the plus side, when I called to check the returns policy the phone was answered fairly quickly

I do wonder if the bad reviews are from competitors? I have been shopping with Monki for years & their service has always been impeccable! They deliver within a few days & returns are so simple. Maybe it is different in bigger countries? I am in Norway & everyone I know has a great time with Monki. Our shops are small so we shop online more often (unless you live in Oslo). The customer service should be the same no matter where you live since it is not country specific. ✌

Won an angry customer back!
Customer service did have a long wait time. Monki def need more staff & a new courier service, I will not argue that. I complained to Monki about a lost parcel & as it was my first purchase from them I was really disappointed with the service. However, they gave me a full refund within a week & discount for my next purchase, which I think is a fair & quick response. The girl I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. I will be giving them another chance in the new year.

I've ordered from Monki several times and have always had quick delivery and returns, and good quality clothes. On one occasion my parcel went missing after it had been delivered to an unsafe location by the courier, Monki customer service were great and efficient, and refunded the order.

In love ! with everything ! I checked this website and was afraid and shocked by the negative reviews I live in Paris and I made an order of over 140 Euro everything is exactly right and i love it ! my size is M and I got like loose pants in a L but they were comfortable so thats fine. The cust. service was greatI called them they responded within minutes they gave me my tracking number and i was able to check it i got the stuff 3 days after my purchase no big deal thanks a lot <3 will order again and again

Monki is the best. They have really cool items, always on trend with what they sell.
