Lacoste Clearance Sale December 2023

Been 3 weeks I have emailed twice and phones twice was told a manager would call me back....they didn’t tell me what year they were going to call me back. Just terrible service! Also the reason being I purchased 4 shirts they all got a gentle wash as specified on the tags. 3/4 shirts buttons torn off on them and colour has changed. Garbage for what you pay!I finally was put in touch with a manager named Laura and I will say since working with Laura on my experience above she has gone out of her way to make sure I would come back as a customer and boy let me tell you she did an amazing job, if only I had got to deal with her from the start of my complaint.

I was unlucky to order on the 14th December it left the warehouse on the 16th December which in a pandemic and Xmas is quick. The problem came once it was out of their hands. The whole issue with borders been closed so my parcel didn’t move from the 17th to the 28th December. This is not Lacoste fault, so comments below ordering from the uk and having delays during this time that’s the reason. I do think Lacoste should of sent an email to apologise even though our of their control! I emailed them as this was an Xmas present I received a reply within 24hours which is perfectly acceptable (we are too used to instant responses!) they confirmed due to the situation at the border it had delayed my parcel. I don’t think I should of had to chase my order a blanket email could of been sent out and avoided a lot of the negative reviews. The goods came packaged fine although disappointed that a couple of months earlier we had a lovely box with the t shirt. Maybe as this time I purchased sale items. Anyway my delivery arrived as soon as the borders reopened. Everything fits luckily else I would of had to email to ask about returns as it says 14 days and my parcel didn’t get here within that. Most places extend that at Xmas. Am sure it would of been fine. I will buy again from Lacoste

I received my order as scheduled and from what I can tell it is in good condition (being in gift wrap). I was kept up to date with my order throughout the process. I'm sure my boyfriend will love his new wallet. Thank you.

High quality, great style, a little pricey

Well i been couple store in and store is ok i belive atmosphere give back same Pr behind the brand. Quality is way better than compare to Burberry tshirt. I was Coach clothing but now i just buy bodies from Lacost. I have to tell u did not give me high end experince even the packing ... no garment bag even if u pay 500$ for jacket!! They pack like China tow in plastic bag nothing extra what u will this is outstanding like better than nike or adidas. That why presentation is big ,,O,, but how i said quality is best!

Excellent quality shirts! But customer service is not that great!

Took a risk on a non refundable sweatshirt from lacoste because it was custom made. But its actually the best decision I have made. The quality is really nice and it fits perfectly, well done lacoste.

Lacoste is one of my favourite brands.. especially for some of my childrens clothes.. my son is 9 so i always order a size bigger so they last longer! The thing is with lacoste the sizes arent right, its quite annoying. I ordered age 10 polo shirt & pants, when they came they were so small they would fit age 8.. ive noticed though the bigger the size the more it costs
