Order came fast

Excellent service in Chester
We went looking for a car seat so went straight to Mothercare in Chester and after a long wait we were told it was too windy to test in our car. We found the attitude unfriendly as no alternative time or date was suggested.Luckily for us there's a Toys R Us next door where we were made to feel welcome by friendly staff notably Ann who helped us choose a suitable car seat and without any hesitation came to out to our car to test it. She carefully and thoroughly showed us how to fit it. She also did a price comparison which provided us a big discount.We are delighted and have immediately signed up for their loyalty card. Since we've got 2 grandchildren and a third on the way we shall certainly be spending a lot at Toys R Us!

Great service
We went to lakeside and sydenham branch to look at and buy a pram. Both times a member of staff offered to help without us having to look for someone. They was so helpful and gave us all the info we needed about the products. Even the man that took the box to my car was so friendly. Plus got an amazing deal on our silver cross pram. Will definatly go to toys r us first before anywhere else.

Excellent Customer Care from Stephen from Customer Service On Line Help Centre
Much appreciation sent to online Customer Service Representative Stephen from Toys R Us UK Customer Contact. He straightened out an issue with an unused Toys R Us gift certificate. He had excellent communication skills and poise. The other email I received , did not address the issue, but he took the time to understand, enquire, and help. Thanks to him, a £30. Toys R Us gift Certificate will be donated to a Children's charity. This experience illustrates the way customer care should be. .

Toys R us are absolutely amazing. World class service, value for money
Toys R us provide value added products and services to us customers at really good prices. They go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I for one can vouch for how great their service and products are. I have bought from them numerous times and each time has been brilliant. Thank you Toys R us, it is a pity that you have to put up with free loaders like MARTIN JACKSON below who think the world owes them something and when they don't get what they want they go on a hissy rampage. Thank you for going the extra mile Toys R Us and thank you for not letting people like MARTIN JACKSON (below) think they can get what they want for free each time while we all have to pay and never throw our dummies when we don't get our way.

Good shop but staff need training in manners
Went to the Peel centre Toysrus after reserving toys online which I found helpful, however when I went to the customer service desk to pick up the goods the staff were as miserable as sin!! No smile or a thank you. If I buy goods from a shop I expect the staff to be friendly and to at least say thank you instead all I got was a grunt! The assistant who served me acted like I was putting her out. Not good!

We just visited the store In lakeside and we were assisted by Jo. I have never cane across to such a wonderful customer service. We bought a pram, car seat and baby cot for the price of £500... Great value for money and wonderful customer service :)) we will definitely be back
