New York Islanders hockey game. My family will travel from Sweden to New York in the end of October. September 13 I ordered 3 tickets to the match between Islanders and Philadelphia Flyers in Barclays Centre order nr 1219822. Now it is obvious that the match is moved to Nassau Veterans Memorial Arena and I have sent two mail to be able to change tickets to the Nassau Arena. Because I don't get any response I am getting worried what will happened. Will Ticketmonster come back with a proposal for new tickets or will they cancel in a very late stage. I put 3 stars but maybe it will decrease if I'm not get any response.

After reading nothing but bad reviews about this company, we were very concerned our New York Knicks tickets for our honeymoon would never be seen. However we have nothing but good things to say about ticket monster. Yes we didn’t receive our tickets until 48 hours before the game, but that was clearly specified in our booking email. The tickets were amazing and we had such a good night. Thank you ticket monster.

Purchased tickets for The Donna Summer Musical at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco scheduled for Dec 7th at 2PM. Purchase date was November 20, 2019. Today is Thursday, December 5 and I still don't have the tickets! I called Ticket Monster and all they could tell me was to call back tomorrow at 2 PM. I think I may have lost over $500! My order number is 1227775All turned out well. My tickets were at the box-office and the show was wonderful. Just wish I had the tickets in hand at least a week prior to the show.

Ticket Monster your ticket screening process is very tough; and I really get it. Your country must stay strong with it's policies. This time Ticket Monster you got it wrong and that's OK. Trying to purchase tickets from Australia isn't something I do every day; neither is calling an international country; I didn't even know how to call you. Worked it out but it was to be too late. I phoned late last nigh and it was all sorted, or so I thought. Receiving an email this morning to say my order of 2 tickets had been cancelled as there were where no seats left and I could call again, which I did.I was told there were no tickets left, but my money was taken, tickets emailed to; now my money is being refunded, Thank you for that.I will not be order any more events in advance for our stay in New York' we will work out the rest when we arrive. At the moment in Australia we are very sad because of the bush fires and loss of lives, properties, volunteer firefighters, wildlife and too top it off 3 Americans lost their lives this week fighting fires while water bombing an area in NSW in a plane crash. This is such a tragedy, I mention this crash to Keith a Care Assistant whilst on the phone last night. I know now not a good thing to say to an American after the tragedy your country endured, so please except my apologies. It was and is a tragedy and all Australians are sad. These men that came from another country to helps Australia fight fires here are heroes and we thank them and their families.Ticket Monster you run a tight operation and your are doing a good job. Very helpful support by phone - even on a Sunday where the office is closed. Ordered tickets in December and should receive them 48 prior the game (today, March 8th). 15 hours before the game I still not received anything, but support by phone helped me so I had the tickets within a few hours :)

I was able to print my tickets from my computer. Fast and easy. I saved a lot of money so now I can see more movies at the theatre.

I bought tickets that I wanted to give for father's day (6/16) on weds 6/12 thinking I would get my tickets right away as it said they were E-tickets. Never did it say anywhere before I gave my credit card info that I would have to wait. Only after I got my confirmation email I saw I should get my tickets within 1-2 weeks of the show, well the show is next Saturday (so 1 week form today) and I don't yet have tickets. I tried to call yesterday and left my number for them to call back but nothing. I have been on hold for over 30 mins now and no one is answering. So after starting to write this review I went to gmail to discover I do have a spam folder and low and behold the tickets were there. Maybe Ticket Monster should have something in their confirmation email about checking SPAM cause seems a lot of us have this problem. Now praying the tickets actually work.
