I am extremely pleased with my Super HD Security System. Minimum buss in the background, excellent picture quality. I had it professionally installed.

We got a swann cctv system due to living in a very rural location. I set the system up myself, the only hard part was drilling the holes to route the cameras and fitting them outside but I wanted to do it all myself. The cctv system is very easy to set up and I'm very happy with the results clear picture and good motion sensors make viewing activity so easy I would recommend this to anyone if it's for home or business use.

Have just bought my second swann camera system after having the first system over 3 years. The first system is still working well this is an additional system for another area.I can't fault the system of their customer service. They have always helped with any queries with professionalism and efficiency.

I've had a 2MP Swann setup for a while with 8 cameras. The look of the camera's and the quality of the images are really good, I cant fault that. And if you want camera's to watch back from the hardrive then it's the perfect system. The issue comes with the things they are trying to sell to make them better, such as the mobile app, thermal sensing, and push notifications. This is where there is a massive problem. It's so unreliable. App for example will load cameras fine on iphone, but nothing at all on ipad (even though it says connected). push notifications didnt work at all to start with, then started working for 2 months, then stopped all together again. Thermal sensors pick up things like moving cobwebs. Sometimes app doesnt load at all.Wish i'd done my research and read the reviews about the app and push notifications first. this is the main reason i wanted it, not to watch the event after should something happen, but it would sense heat on my property, alert me and I could do something about it.. Instead 50% of the time it does nothing, 50% of the time it will alert you for cobwebs. Really unfortunate, because if these things worked - it would be a cracking setup.

Despite reading all the terrible reviews on here, my experience with Swann has actually been totally fine. I had an issue with my DVR that was fixed over the phone, and they were able to tell me which cameras were compatible for me to add to my system. Can't fault that!

Got a camera for remote viewing while we are away. Has been working well until recently when it went of if it saw a sunlight beam. No problem but we have changed our internet provider and can not change the WIFI setting as we can't get the QR code to scan. Tried multiple devices off and on for 2 days now. Sent an email which was answered promptly asking for details which we supplied but no reply to that. Anyone know how to get the QR code to scan?

Purchased the Swann 4k ultra HD . Not a bad system with clear footage when not viewing on the mobile app. Unfortunately after two days a camera failed which has cost me £7 to post back to them. Not possible to return to supplier as they want the whole system returning which is installed and feed underfloor throughout the house so not a practical option. Absolutely appalled that I have to pay all be it a small amount to return their inferior product which is only a week old and installed for two days.On a last note the Ethernet cables are wound in such a way that they are impossible to have flat when fitting externally so supply your own if cables are to be In view. They would so far be a 4 or 5 star had they not been uncooperative with postage costs and crapy cables.To update Swann have sent a new replacment camera and have agreed to refund postage . Star rating upped to 4. Just the way the cables are packed as a negative.

I have a Swann system that is a few years old and had managed to forget the password. I watched a video tutorial and downloaded their software but couldn't reset the system. I started a live chat and was absolutely delighted by the service I received. After about 10 minutes of exchanges I was able to reset the system. Fantastic support.
