I’m very happy with Sainsbury’s in…
I’m very happy with Sainsbury’s in Shirley Solihull, they always let me in, even when there’s long Q, the security is very friendly towards me. I took some items to the till and the lady told me that, I should put one back, reason being, I was only allowed two. After I smiled and said “ I’m so sorry, I forgot the new policy, I will go and put this back “ then she she said “ it’s ok this time, I will scan it, but next time, just be careful “. The only problem I found is, shoppers passing too close and not keeping 2 inch social distance let alone 2 metres. I don’t know why they want to deliberately touch my arm.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Had a really bad experience with Asda on first shop it didn’t come! As a vunerable customer. Taken two lots of money and be ever heard from them. But Sainsbury’s you’ve been absolutely amazing from when I started shopping online with you years ago! I am a vunerable customer and through the covid 19 virus 80% of time I’ve been able to get a delivery or a click and collect! I have been able to rely on you: rarely sell out of items maybe few things! I am so happy and will always be a Sainsbury’s customer forever! Your friendly; drivers are friendly and your reliable; constant and always fulfilled all my needs over passed 6 weeks. I want to thank you from bottom of my heart you don’t know how much you mean to me at the moment. Deliveries are always 5 mins early your food is fresh your commitment is outstanding and under circumstances your more than amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! You have a rolling dedication and standards are phenomenal. Thanks again.i am sure after this covid 19 you will have many more customers for life! Rilliant!!!!!

Had amazing service from sainsburys. Identified straight away as vulnerable and been able to get home delivery or click and collect. Your staff need commending at Chafford Hundred delivery and click and collect. Always cheerful in what must be a hard hard time for them !!! Thankyou

I have only praise for Sainsburys. It is a difficult time for everyone but once I got the system sorted as a vulnerable person everything has been great! Delivery came a little early but everything was there and the delivery man kept his distance wonderful, thank you Sainsburys your help has been very much appreciated.

Fortunate Few
I am one of the lucky ones who have been able to get 4 on-line delivery slots successfully and only one order which did not transmit payment details correctly so order was not recorded. I despaired at Waitrose's service (after years of shopping with them,) for the reasons given by the Sainsbury's customers who are having huge problems, so this is to say be careful what you wish for - transferring might add to your distress. So far I will be staying with Sainsburys, Ipswich as so far their service has been exemplary and delivery prompt and efficient and pleasant drivers too. I realise I am fortunate to live in an area where service and courtesy, for the most part, still exist. Thank you lovely staff of Sainsburys!

I would be dead if sainsburys had not…
I would be dead if sainsburys had not agreed to deliver shopping to me. I am disabled and never had anything delivered. That didn't matter they delivered. Their drivers were brilliant. I just stood back and they done everythingTHANK YOU SAINSBURYS.

Cut above the rest
I am a Sainsburys shopper but have struggled to get online deliveries / click and collect through lockdown although I totally understand and support their priority for vulnerable customers. However, I did manage to get a Click and Collect slot this week and, having been totally underwhelmed by other supermarkets online, it was awesome. The staff member was very helpful and accommodating, the order was 99% fulfilled and the experience was really positive in these tough times.In addition, the company's MD regularly updates customers and keeps you abreast of developments with the company. This makes you feel valued and makes me even prouder to be a Sainsburys customer. Well done Sainsburys!
