Outstanding products and integrity. And the best customer service ever.

It's Patagonia. They make the best quality clothing and outdoor gear hands down. I have been using their products my entire life (even pics of me as a young child wearing their jackets). My twins (now one year old) both wear their puffer jackets. Full circle man. Love them.

I am in love for Patagonia's products, as in the way of doing business.I have recently tested their customer service. I had a membrain hardshell jacket problem. As I had no receipt I simply filled in a form and sent the jacket to them and .... received the full refund. In cash. Moreover the staff was so helpfull that I couldn't belive I am complaining, not purchasing... Great company!

This company stands by its product. I have a coat I purchased years ago, and twice now it has been repaired by the company and returned in excellent condition. They have honoured their guarantee to a very high standard. In Vancouver, the sales staff are knowledgeable about their products, and I found them very helpful in selecting a new rain jacket at an exceptional price. Generally they have good stock on hand. I cannot ask for more -- a quality product from a local store with an outstanding guarantee -- a rare find in this challenging retail world. I will save my political opinions for other blogs.

I bought two items (Alpine Houdini Rain Jacket) and R1 Fleece Jacket while these items were on sale. After trying the rain jacket, i found it to be a little large so wanted to change it to a smaller size. By the time the sale was over and the price was doubled but the customer service rep was helpful in exchanging it to the discounted price. great company and customer service. My only complain is that they do not provide free return shipping label so I had to pay almost $30 to ship the item back to Reno..

Whenever I visit Zurich, I always try to go to Patagonia's store. It has the best clothing design for camping and climbing. It even found its way into my daily closet. Every single piece that I had from them seems to keep its shape forever! This brand is also very close to my hear because of their outlook to social responsibility

If you're an outdoorsy person like me you've probably heard of Patagonia and Columbia products but I wanted to share how truly amazing these companies are. I live in Quincy California and endured the horrible wildfire here last yr (2021). A neighboring city of Greenville was destroyed with many people losing everything. Fema put these individuals in campers and trailers here in Quincy. Shortly after the fires were contained I went to a local wonderful thrift store here in town and was able to shop in a roped off area for fire victims. Items in this area had been donated and were no charge to fire victims. Patagonia and Columbia both had donated brand new warm items. These were $220 coats with tags still on them amongst shirts, pants, hats, blankets and anything else a person living in northern california needs in the winter. I found it amazing how quickly and efficiently these companies jumped in to help those of us who suffered. WAY TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND HELP YOUR FELLOW MAN!!! IMPRESSIVE PATAGONIA AND COLUMBIA!

Great quality, love that Patagonia doesn't endorse canned hunting operations like Orvis does!

UPDATE: I had to change this back to a 3 star because it turns out Patagonia will not honor their iron clad guarantee for my coat. This is very disappointing as that is why I was so impressed and bought 2 new coats from them that day. They are shipping my coat back unrepaired._______________________3 years ago I bought a Patagonia down coat while on a trip in Nepal with my husband. Full disclosure, it is likely a knock off but did hold the Patagonia brand. After three years and many trips, my beloved coat developed a few holes, broken button, broken zippers, etc. I've been too stubborn to retire it as it packs down so well and easily on trips and continues to be one of the warmest coats I've ever owned.Yesterday my husband and I visited the Patagonia store on Newbury street in Boston, and the team there was amazing. Without hesitation, even though they knew it was likely a Nepali knockoff, they carefully packed up my coat for repair and promised to honor the Patagonia iron-clad guarantee. Not only that, but they did it with a genuinely friendly attitude. I was so impressed that both my husband and I also ended up buying new coats from them as well. My size was out of stock and with a Yellowstone trip fast approaching they set me up with 2 day delivery at no additional charge. Your team just earned a client for life and a promoter of your brand.
