Fast delivery, but low quality items.
Fast delivery, but clothes of the lowest quality. It is to be expected because its cheap, but there’s no point of buying clothes if it’ll tear down after a few wears, or if its thin, or has uneven stitches. Among many things that I’ve ordered the only decent thing was the bucket hats, and a pair of baggy pants that were cute, but was made of thin material as well. The two bags i ordered were either deformed or wonky. I give it a three for fast delivery, and cute items. Also expect to pay extra for customs later on.

I ordered on the 18th of april my order was processed and shipped and all seemed to be going well , but it has now been in Amsterdam since the 3rd of may and I was confused why its been there for so long it's now the 14th of may any ideas? (Edited + updated)- A bit more than 1 week ago I ordered from ROMWE and the experience was good. I placed my order on the 12 of August and received my package on the 22. Since I was paranoid about my order arriving late, I contacted ROMWE costumer service for more than a days worth. Honestly, I was kind of disappointed when I heard my order wouldn’t arrive for another 2 weeks at that point. I stayed in contact with many people and was told my order was urged to be quicker in the process. I’m still happy about that. The people who contacted me were extremely nice, and very understanding of my experience. Although their shipping takes a little while depending on where you live, it’s still a great online shop. I’m definitely expecting myself ordering from there again. I recommend for you to try out the experience for yourself!

I wrote a couple reviews about romwe and they weren’t so nice and I feel like that was a bad reflection, i have ordered my stuff about a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The communication system is a bit odd because a woman named Alexis from Escalations reached out to me but i have no idea on how to respond. I emailed and that is about i i could do, she informed me my order should have came in 5/07 and i was kinda disappointed and wondered what was going on. I just want to know how i could reach back out to her to tell her i was my order to be reshipped. I can’t get my order name because on the app it doesn’t show my order anymore! I’m kinda freaking out because i spent over $80!

i love Romwe.com because of the style clothing that they have and the neatness that they have online. costumer service is pretty good but the shipping is the only down side. i ordered on the 16th and it is now the 27th, without including any weekends it has been 7 days. Alexis, (the escalations manager) told me that there might be a delay which i would expect because of covid-19 and all of that but i would still like my clothes while they fit me. ;) is it possible to get in touch with the shipping department or something??? i'm starting to get a little impatient.Update: it has been exactly 2 weeks and it is still processing, wth. again i want my clothes while they STILL fit me please!

I have ordered a couple of times from Romwe and from Shein. good reviews, poor quality. i have seen loads of bad reviews and comments but it’s not that bad. The only problem is, i ordered last month (november 2020) a couple of things (i think 4 or 5 different clothes) and they came quickly than expected, but i ordered this month (1st december 2020) and it hasn’t been updated. it says expected date to deliver is the 29th or 2nd of January, last month it said the 26th of November and it came the 19th, this one hasn’t updated at all, i really don’t know what to do, so i’m just going to wait, i paid 67€ and they gave me a gift card because it was close to christmas and they took 5€ off of my order so that’s good, but i don’t know what to expect. if anyone else has been in this situation please try and tell me your experience

I understand there will be a delay because of everything going on but my order has been saying “in transit- united states arrived at local courier facility” since May 4th.
