I'm surprised by the poor reviews. Abercrombie is what it is, it isn't some high-end brand. It's everyday wear and for the affordable price point, I have found the quality great and all of my purchases from A&F have ended up lasting past expectation.I typically order online but sometimes pop in-store. I prefer shopping online with Abercrombie as they often have Online Exclusive pieces that aren't in the stores and you also get to avoid the horrible cologne which can be detected half way across the mall, hoards of teenage girls giggling about and pompous sales associates.I am probably older then their target market but I still like Abercrombie for their basics - their basic t-shirts (no logo) and sometimes they have cute sundresses and skirts. I find their denim to fit quite nicely too, unlike, Levi for example, which I have never understood the hype behind (their jeans are STIFF). Anyway, back to Abercrombie.My online experience has always been great. I have had to return once or twice and the return process went smooth (I'm located in Canada). They have never mixed up my order/given wrong sizes or items or anything like that and I often place larger orders when I do order. I placed an order on Black Friday and received my package December 10th so it took just over 2 weeks to arrive. Not too bad, though a bit past the estimated date of arrival. I understand this is a busy time of year though!Loving everything I bought. Their t-shirts are so soft.

I've bought several times from Abercrombie. I love their quality and stile. The webside is good, but I could wish some more photos of the specific item I'm interested in. Their shipping costs is SO expensive. I know that they lowered it, but still too expensive. I would buy from them much more often if the shipping wasn't so expensive. So now it can only be a couple of times per year....

I have shopped online here a number of times in past few months. I was actually surprised to see the number of negative reviews on Trustpilot. I always get my exchanges of sizes and refunds from returns very promptly. I have had no issues with their returns service in the past 5 or 6 orders that I've made recently. My returns have always been refunded. Everything is handled perfectly and I'm very happy with their online platform.

I've never had much of an issue with A&F but after one incident back in November, I haven't bought much from them. I ordered a shirt online on black friday for 14$ and it took a week to arrive, which was Friday. The size was too small so I figured I could go to the store to exchange it since I was NOT going to pay an extra 9$ to send it back. So I go and make the exchange, only to have to pay an extra 14 to make it full price because they weren't having that promotion anymore. I asked about it and they said I only had a week to exchange it for the same price but it was literally a week upon receiving, which is ridiculous. I emailed their customer service about it and although the first girl was very sweet about it, the second one that she referred me to did not try to do anything to make the situation better, nor did she offer any solutions. She merely said it was too bad and that if I wanted a refund I had to go back to the store to dispute it. So my issue isn't so much customer service, but their business practice.

I found it to be a very good online clothing store, so far I have ordered 3 times and I have not had any problems, the clothes are very beautiful

My favourite clothing, the clothes are so nice and soft and classic, all my favourite clothes are from here and I feel the quality is amazing. Unfortunately it's obviously a mismanaged company as it has so many bad reviews and I've definitely experienced poor service. Returned an order three weeks ago, still haven't heard anything and customer service was not helpful. £5 return fee is a bit of a bummer as most places with much cheaper clothes are free but I do appreciate the reward scheme and the clothes mostly make up for the mismanagement. Don't place an order of you need the money back within the month, not worth the risk. I'm unlikely to place any big orders in future. ASOS has such a smooth and fast free returns service and because of that I place almost all my clothing orders from them so definitely something Abercrombie should work on.

I have shopped with abercrombie.com on numerous occasions Their shipping method is super fast, I have never had an issue with them sending out their parcels late or not having the item that I ordered. (As an international customer, it is frustrating to have an order cancelled due to stock issues as cancelling the payment on the card is a hassle for me) Their customer service is helpful clear and I have always been able to get the answer I needed with one email. The only slight downside is that the clothes are fairly wrinkled when they arrive (for summer blouses and dresses it can be an issue) and their sizing seems to vary slightly from season to season.

I have ordered from this company multiple times and will continue to do so ! They always bring my package a couple days early. Exchanges in store are quick and easy. Customer service is also very helpful!

Love the clothes - don't have anything bad to say about them. Great quality, durable and excellent slim fit. The only negatives are: (1) the prices are significantly higher than the US stores - more than double if you compare to the US sales season; (2) the UK delivery charges are high; (3) they charge delivery on all their brands separately i.e. Hollister, A&F, A&F Kids ... even though I suspect they all come from the same UK distribution warehouse. They could at least offer delivery discounts for regular customers or multiple deliveries in a specified period.

Awesome products and quality, fantastic customer service best I've experienced during lockdown, quick responses on chat group and hassle free.Can be seemed expensive however the quality in there products is worth it !!I do shop the sale items alot as good value for money and 3 for on boxers they are very comfortable and better than the market leaders ....would be good if you could leave reviews on products so you can see positives and peoples reviews on good bad and ugly
