TUMI wallet lining was not properly sealed.

One of my friends gave me TUMI wallet a few years ago. Recently I started using it and found 2 black security chip sticker inside and took them out. Because a credit card did not go in smoothly. Then I found the lining was sealed with them. It was supposed to be sewn. So the lining was started losing and one pocket has defected.My problem is that it is a gift from my fiend a few years ago. There is no barcode or product ID or name by which I can request a repair. So I gave up the service.

This company's service is amazing and…

This company's service is amazing and an example to all.I had a 15 years old trolley, the handle got stuck. I emailed Tumi, they responded within 1 hour, and offered to pick it up from my home - for free. Next day, UPS picked it upI got it back via UPS - for free- within: just 3 working days!! They had repaired not only the handle, but about everything else too (handgrip, wheels, several protective parts).No questions asked, no invoice asked, no costs charged.TUMI's products are a joy to use, but to top it off which such service makes them stellar and WORTH EVERY $$$ that you pay.

I am a lifelong Tumi customer

I am a lifelong Tumi customer. The quality of their luggage is incredible. Also, in the rare instance a repair needs to be made, I have never had them give me trouble. Do yourself a favor and invest in a piece of luggage that will last you a lifetime. Too many people buy cheap luggage every year or two. Get a Tumi and buy a bag that will last a lifetime. My Continental carry on has over a quarter million air miles on it and still functions beautifully. The only "repair" that it has needed is to replace the zipper handle thingy and they did that in store in a matter of minutes, with no questions asked.

NOTE - I have changed this review as Tumi did indeed correct my issue and were polite and helpful in their resolution of it.—————Oh how the once great have fallen.Don’t even bother with Tumi anymore. Gone is any essence of customer care. Sent my case in to be repaired, they no longer stock that case and instead of supplying me with a new product (as stated in their warranty policy) they are making me buy one and only offering me a small discount based on the worth of the old case. This is not what their warranty states, they should be providing me with a like for like replacement or a new case, not gift vouchers that can only be used in a German store or from Tumi’s official website (where everything is 4x the price of their outlets).Tried calling all of their corporate offices with no luck, people just don’t answer the phone even though the number is listed on their site.No one answering their UK line either, says their office is closed before 10 am, it’s 11:53.Goodbye Tumi, was fun, fun no longer

Handle snapped on wheelie bag. Despite being 4 years old and we bought it in the USA now living in Italy got immediate response. They paid to collect it. They returned fixed within a week. Fantastic service We will always buy Tumi now - Italian service perfect
