Hard Work, but worth it

Hasn't been all beer and skittles. Have had to take them to the ombudsman a few times. Once you do they get assigned a case manager who goes over and beyond in taking care of any and every issue. Much better than Telstra. Been an Optus home and business customer for 3years now, and wouldn't consider changing companies. There conflict resolution process is world class. Getting to speak to that team is a process that could be improved. Indian call centres are much better than filipino centres. Had some great indepth cricket conversations, nice work letting your entry level staff show some flair and not just interact as robots.

Thankyou Optus Greenhills for treating me like a person

I have had all of my mobile phone services with Optus for 10 years now which includes 3 phones 1 for myself 1 my wifes and 1 my sons and have never had a major issue other than 2 phones lost in that time both times they have been nothing but helpful in the process. When time came to pick up the new phone the staff at Greenhills optus East Maitland were fantastic and were happy to help set the phones up. Thankyou Optus and even more so thankyou to the staff at Greenhills shopping centre.

Great customer service by ANTIGONI - Optus Bourke St. Mall, MelbourneI wish to commend Antigoni of Optus Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne for the superb and impeccable customer service she provided when I re-contracted.She exerted the extra mile to find ways for me to save $249 by browsing and discussing with me the terms and conditions of the contract. Her knowledge of the products were spot on and she was a bubbly person during the transaction.She was very professional and at the same time concerned with the customer’s interest and needs. As I did not use my mobile phone for a few months they cancelled my old mobile phone number and gave me a new mobile phone number. I had previously been harassed by some Indians claiming that they were an employment company and when I emailed them they did not reply to the email and they refused to stop even though I told them to. I think the company manned by Indians or Nepalese was trying to get my bank account details. Anyway, despite my phone number changing, I am now wondering if someone inside of Optus has passed on my personal details. Very concerning. Not happy at all. I doubt Optus even reads these reviews and learns from them.
