No delivery but no refund!

**Update: this has now been resolved**I have had a good experience with The Outnet before but my latest order has gone very wrong. I ordered a bikini from the Outnet on 11th December. On 21st December, I got a notification from UPS that they had delivered it to "Front desk". My building does not have a front desk or a reception. I went downstairs to check the entrance and there was nothing. I immediately reported the parcel as lost to UPS and shared this info with The Outnet. On 5th Jan, I checked the UPS site again and it said "The search for your parcel is complete. We have been unable to locate your parcel. We will forward the search results to the shipper". Since then I have been chasing The Outnet for a refund but they will not refund until they have received the parcel back and they have no idea when that will be. This is now almost 3 months down the line and still no update despite me chasing. Would expect much much better from a luxury specialist. I just want my refund please!

I’m very sorry for the customers whose experience with THE OUTNET was bad, but I can not confirm anything of it.I ordered a Marchesa Notte dress just before the Corona lockdowns, and did not have any news from my order for a couple of weeks after that. I honestly was ready to never receive it and claim my money back, but THE OUTNET has suddenly sent me a shipment confirmation (DHL on demand delivery = expensive), and I received my dress only 3 days after that. Being aware of the situation in Italy I’m very, very impressed. So I ordered another dress right away :) a Missoni one this time, which was shipped within a week. It arrived, again, 3 days after the shipment notification was sent to me. I don’t even need to say that both dresses and packages were flawless, I keep both. I had a rebate of 81% for the Missoni dress and 70% on the Marchesa Notte, which I found quite outstanding. I’ll order again, thank you THE OUTNET, you made me happy in these crazy times :)

Update on my previous negative review

Just wanted to update my previous negative review of the OUTNET in which I included my Order No to give the company a chance to respond. As you will see from their reply they did get back to me fairly swiftly. Subsequently I received a number of emails each detailing what steps they were taking to rectify the matter. By 23 March a full refund had been issued hence my 5 star rating for customer service.Thanks OUTNET - I probably will take a chance on shopping with you again.

Great shopping with theOutnet

I am really surprised with all bad reviews I have read here, so I want to put mine with 5 stars for theOutnet after having really bad experience with another famous on-line retailer. I've been shopping at theOutnet for about 3 years ordering shoes and clothes every month, and I am absolutely satisfied with all my purchases. I have never received a single item that was damaged, had defects or wasn't authentic. The items always came to me new and well packed, with original designers and theOutnet tags. Their package is always secure and protects items from any damage. I've also returned items and received a refund many times, and it took no longer than one week to get my refund. Customer care stuff was always polite and good with me and most of the time helpful with sizing. I had some issues with sizing last year and received wrong size shoes twice due to some web site issues, but it was solved by the customer care and I was offered 10% discount for my next purchase (didn't use it, though). I am really glad with my shopping experience with theOutnet and definitely would continue to purchase from them and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have great items for affordable price.

Clothes lovely returns delayed

Update: finally got hold of customer services who confirmed a date that I could expect confirmation of refund by. Got email yesterday before deadline so has taken 2.5 weeks to return and process then hopefully will get refund. I would still buy from them again as like variety of clothes just not if I needed money back. ***Clothes I received were lovely but sadly some didn't fit. I have sent them back but radio silence on whether they have been received. Have been on hold with customer service for an hour and then I was disconnected. no reply to my email. Order number is 2002Z4M1P2201H. Outnet please get in touch and at least let me know you can see my parcel. I wanted to order some more clothes but problems with returns is seriously putting me off. I echo the others if I knew that it was an issue sending them back to Italy I would think twice about doing it. Such a shame as service till now has been great
