UPDATE refused to give refund then permanently closed.
After a few emails they made good and let us order online and use our credit. Goods received, Thank you!!Bought a lot from them for my wife, she likes their stuff. Well she like a lot of it but not what I bought her recently. So we tried to return and get a refund. They would not give us a refund, called head office they said no refunds store credit only. We took the credit and figured we buy my daughter a birthday present that was coming soon. $600 credit. Went back to the store and it is gone closed forever. Checked and all the stores are closed. Went on line and called the number and it was disconnected. They are still selling on line and from what I have read many are having issues getting refunds. They had to have known they were closing when we were there as they seemed to have closed a couple weeks later. Isn't that nice of them? They are too unstable and obviously broke so I would not chance buying on line unless they offer to ship then pay.

Can't complete an online order because the site doesn't accept its own "Date of Birth" select fields. Notified customer services and didn't get a response, meanwhile the item I wanted has gone out of stock.I would advise against ordering online but there's no need to because you can't anyway. I will take my business elsewhere.//edit: I've received a reply from Customer Service. It seems the online store doesn't support Firefox (as stated by them or Chrome (as tested by me). I've ordered a different item using Microsoft Edge and this worked. So much for taking my business elsewhere, still gutted the item I originally wanted is out of stock.(original rating 1 star, new rating 3 stars)

Interesting that there are a lot of bad reviews and experiences on here :( Weirdly, I actually had a great experience with them! Ordered 4 sale items in 2019. Selected pick up from Bromley shop. Got emails notifying me that they had received the order, they were processing the order, that my order was on my way and then I received notification that it had arrived at the shop for collection.Was very happy with the products and the whole process. Shame that this hasn't been the same for everyone else. Hopefully they are trying to improve their systems so it's more consistent! :)

There are quite few negative feed-backs on this site, don't let this to mislead you. I have ordered some earrings few weeks ago from Thomas Sabo website. I read the reviews here and I thought I will go ahead anyway, as I really liked the earrings.There was a bit of confusion in delivering the items, however, once I got in touch with the Customer Services (Melanie), by email, the issue was resolved ASAP. Exceptional serviceI made a reasonably big order from Thomas Sabo, after waiting a week for my delivery I called their customer service to see if they could help. The service I received was fantastic the lady on the phone (Rosaly) reordered my items and a few days after I received my order she called me to check if all was okay and that I was happy with my order! I was really anxious about using their online service due to the number of bad reviews outweighing the good ones. So, I decided to test the company and bought a few items which were on sale on the website. Surprisingly from start to finish it ran really smoothly! After placing an order, I requested delivery to Thomas Sabo shop. I was trying to increase chances of receiving the items as they should know where their own branches are! Paid by Paypal. I received the following emails - ConfirmationShipping - when the items had left GermanyArrival of goodsI couldn't pick up my order on the day, so I called the shop and asked for the items to be kept for me. Customer service in Bromley was great and I got all my items accounted for. The quality of all the items look fine. I will use these for Christmas presents!

I was a tad nervous about purchasing from Thomas Sabo online after reading the reviews on here, but went ahead anyway. I purchased the silver ring with skulls all around it and am very, very pleased with it. I have never spent that kind of money on a ring before and was amazed at this ring. It only took 2 days to arrive in Scotland from Germany. After this kind of service and the quality of the ring, I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Thomas Sabo in the future. I'm guessing some people are just plain unlucky in the quality of service they received, but on my occasion, 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you Thomas Sabo. I absolutely love this skull ring. It's quality and weighty, brilliant!

I lost a small piece of an earring and was very sad about it because it was a Christmas present and I also own the matching necklace. Customer service replaced the entire earring set for me free of charge. My contact person Clive was very responsive and guided me through the replacement process. Highly recommend. The jewelry is also beautiful.

I visited Westfield shopping centre on Ariel way W127SQ I was served by an excellent member of staff named Derek. The reason for my visit is that I purchased my “Soul” watch about 6 years ago and I had lost the link. The watch has served me very well and I haven’t yet changed the battery! Derek was so kind and gave me two pins to hopefully fix my watch, he kindly demonstrated how to do it too. I just want to say thank you to Derek and to the Thomas Sabo brand for have excellent staff and a wonderful product that not only withstands the length of time but is also still very beautiful.

Myself and my partner have been shopping in the Watford Thomas Sabo store for a few years. We first got to meet the store manager whom is absolutely amazing and took a lot of time to help us, on other visits we got to meet the rest of the team who are also amazing, friendly, polite and so on. It’s great to go into a shop and the staff know who you are by name, we also know all of them by name. I do recommend this store and the products, I have introduced friends and family to this brand. We have also ordered jewellery and we always receive a curtesy call by the team to let us know when it has been delivered. They are also very good at keeping secrets, like when I ordered a limited edition watch for my partner and he didn’t know about, they kept the secret very well. The team at Watford deserve recognition for the customer care they have given to us and I could not praise them enough.
