we ordered instacart and Miguel delivered and helped get the product in the door. the product he chose was all perfect. he was polite and truly cares about his job, i recommend him highly and hope he can do more shopping and deliveries for me

Excellent company , during the pandemic it was of great help. In reality the fees are perfect for what they do. I didn’t have to drive , i didn’t have to wait in long lines . Thank you instacart .

I've worked for instacart for over a year. I've travelled cross country & met many people my rating is normally 4.9-5 until coming to the DMV area where I gave found tips are lacking & some customers are scammers. Working together with other customers placing orders changing names on order & adding up to 10 items to an already placed order then dropping tip. This takes extra time. Believe it or not there are distribution issues right now....on any given day certain items can be missing . or maybe the store puts it in odd places around store hard to find. I'm a good shopper but spending extra time for a $10 or $12 shop that has an extra 10 items added on. Now ...i shop for half an hour or more, check out, bag groceries, load my car & spend time, gas & wear & tear on my car to bring you groceries. Through rain, sleet, snow and 90 plus degree heat I have delivered every order I have taken. To get a rating in VA of a 3 because items were out of stock & customer wouldn't respond. Then you have customers that need a little discount stating an item was damaged or missing . now I know this happens but not when groceries in delivery photo show supposed items missing & nothing damaged. I know how I shop & deliver . if I think something is missing or damaged I replace it....even if it takes extra time. Instacart will knock your rating down as well if your not fast enough or when they have new shoppers that are faster. I take my time try to get approval for replacements & try to do the right thing . I'm sorry if you've had bad shoppers or experiences please consider that instacart stayed up & running for you through a pandemic so did these shoppers . mistakes happen . destroying a company or shopper should be last on your list. Gratitude that they are out there shopping for you risking sickness. Appreciative that someone cared enough to shop for you so you didn't have to. Understanding that things do go wrong sometimes....i know shoppers wouldn't do this job to do a bad job...its a hard job to do. Beats up your car, beats up your body & doesn't pay enough to live on. FYI Minnesota, MI & WI paid great tips & wages liveable & I was appreciated by a lot of customers. The DMV has been more difficult & tips low complaints much higher. Not sure what the difference is .

I’ve used Instacart in London Ontario 4 times now and every time has been great. No problems at all. You just have to compare prices of products you are ordering to regular prices without using Instacart to ensure you aren’t paying a big markup.

I have to give myself 4 stars because there was a mistake that I made yesterday. I wasn't paying good enough attention when I was at a store i did A,B,C order one of my items fell over from B order on to A. But I will make it right I gave her my name and phone I will see her tomorrow to give her 2$ back to her. Its only right. Please don't think we all are bad were not. You have good people and others that don't care. But trust me when I care about everyone fellings and try to do my best!! Thank you and God bless..

I have enjoyed using Instacart both as a customer and as a shopper. I appreciate so even more the shopper and convenience having my groceries brought to me anywhere. I was actually let go as a shopper because a customer said I did not deliver their groceries (Instacart is a zero tolerance operation)I did drop the groceries on the same porch as the client but to the wrong door. I took a picture snd messaged the client thank you

Looks like I may be the only person that has something positive to say.. lol. Actually they are 1W-1L.. first experience the wrong card was charged.. $60.00 mistake.. my mistake though!! Put card in wrong or something but was clearly on me.. without hesitation I was instantly refunded the cash and the groceries were free..I was surprisingly pleased! The second experience was not like the first.. the shopper from HELL was in charge of my order. He replaced things without consent and he was truly lacking common sense. I ordered breakfast bread (raisin/apple) and he chose a second loaf of whole wheat which was already on the list.. ordered 1/2 gallon of skim.. got gallon of 2%.. charged for it too. Upon arrival he hands me this heavy order in this weak cardboard"box" and had me carry it while he grabbed the rest of my items off the floor of his car! LOL.. my sciatica hasn't been the same!! Thinking about a different service for sure!!

Below is my initial review. I had given them one star. However, they must have been having issues when I attempted to contact them. Since then, I was able to chat with a representative, and have received the requested refund. I have only used it one time, but never again. I requested a refund on an incorrect item and never received a response. I contacted them on Facebook Messaging and was told to use help on the app. The app showed a progression of people waiting for "help". It went from 1043 to 1081 then to 1200 people in line ahead of me. What a joke!!!

I have had good and bad service with instacart. Depending on the shopper. some go above and beyond and others seem to not care at all. Mostly I've had good service. The customer service tho is amazing and they always make things right.
