1/ SIZING: You really have to buy from Zulily with caution, their sizes are CRAZY out of whack. Although they have always refunded me when that has happend. On the screen their range looks amazing! Right! But in real life often the quality is really bad, sometimes, if it's a well known brand, the quality is still great. 2/ NO REVIEWS: ALSO there is a reason they don't show reviews on their website!!! I'd read that before, but now it really rings true. Many other bulk suppliers with the same similar range as Zulily do allow reviews, and they are mostly very positive. So that is a guide I guess, it's a bit of pot luck sadly...3/ SLOW DELIVERY: And I mean "painfully" slow. But it does come eventually, I'm in Australia and I think you need to allow for 2mths PER ORDER. Even on the rare product that says delivery within a week, be prepared for a MUCH longer wait. Again, other stores similar to theirs just don't have these long wait times. So factor that in when buying from them too!

I see Zulily as a clearinghouse for quite an extensive number of changing brands. You need to place your order fairly quickly when you find something you like because they have a limited stock and if you wait, someone else might buy it from under you. I have found clothes, shoes, toys, etc. just as advertised. The return policy is clear for all items (it differs depending on the item) and the 5.99 shipping charge is reasonable, especially since you can add to your order for another 24 hours without additional charges. I have gotten great buys on Loft, Sperry, Omaha Steaks and other name brands, but you need to look carefully at clothing size information and specifics for all unusual brands (and carefully look at the description and pictures). The shipping times are sometimes long, especially now with slow downs due to the coronavirus and various shipping methods, but some items ship immediately and are marked as such. I've had a couple of items not meet my "approval" but I didn`t feel like the return was worth it because the items were so inexpensive anyway (and they were not popular brands). Some people feel it is Zulily that is at fault for selling some cheap brands from China, but it was your choice to order them because they were so cheap. Zulily has some great deals, they are not a manufacturer however and I don't think they need to stand behind the quality of your purchase choice, however some items are exchangeable and some are not. I love browsing all the deals they have; they have never overcharged me nor misled me on shipping times. I trust them to ship what I order and have always received my order correctly. They even gave me a coupon when they felt my order was delayed excessively, even though I had not complained. All in all they are fun to shop and trustworthy.

It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I buy a lot of different things. Some take quite a while to arrive, but for the most part I like what I get. My singular complaint is that a “return label” should be included in the package, as is done with QVC and HSN. It would make my few returns so much easier! I have had good luck with everything except tops/blouses/t-shirts. The sizing is always off and almost everything I have received is exceedingly “cheap looking.“ Perhaps you could offer some different choices with brands we recognize.

Do like the quality of merchants they have, return policy is easy.

I'm a long time customer of zulily. I've referred many friends to zulily I love that they have new merchandise everyday. I love that you can get some great deals. I love that the website is easy to use. I don't love waiting for orders for a month or longer and then having zulily cancel the order. I don't love getting an item I've ordered in a different size or color than what I ordered, returning items is impossible. Overall, I think zulily is a good company that needs to improve a few things to be a great company.

Zulily is my go-to shopping platform. I have used Zulily for as long as it has existed. I check this website every day. I love it.

The shipping timeline is sometimes too much. Then when things arrive damaged or obviously someone’s return I want to never shop at Zulily again. There are more items than not that are true finds both price and availability wise so I do keep shopping. If they say will refund or give you credit, follow up because it doesn’t always happen or a $15 credit turns into a $10 credit.

I loose track of time looking at everything offered. It’s so easy to shop and order. If I have a question it’s east to “chat” with someone to get it answered. I love shopping Zulily !!!

My Zulily App has been my primary click and search for my shopping entertainment each morning. I always find an amazing deal and I know I will find the coolest new items. Everyday there’s new items featured so I stay entertained. The prices are also great so finding something to buy every day is guiltless. Also, the customer service is phenomenal. If a fragile item happens to arrive damaged, one message or phone call and the problem is resolved to my satisfaction every time. Rarely does an item arrive damaged but when it has it gives me peace knowing Zulily will protect me and have my back. They also let me know when items are back in stock so I don’t miss out.
