TUI package holiday - at lower prices. Always do your research. Happy to use again!

First time booking with Holiday Hypermarket..... and very happy with the service and all it entailed.I spotted an offer mentioned on a website which provided holiday offers to find Holiday Hypermarket were adding an additional £100 discount against TUI package holidays departing from Manchester.Popped over to Holiday Hypermarket website to find this was exactly the case - so although we intended waiting until a little closer to the date we were looking for to book, decided to go ahead.We paid just over £500 for 2 people to mainland Spain including flights, bags, transfers and accommodation on full board basis. The same holiday with TUI was over £600 and in the space of 2 weeks went up to over £1,000 for the same holiday.The secret is to do your homework and Research as much as possible. When the price is right, don't hang around - book it.Usually, I've found these kind of booking sites only include flights and accommodation - bags and transfers have to be added as extras and are generally more expensive than booking as an inclusive part of the package. This was indeed a pleasant surprise.Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Cancelled Honeymoon

My wife and I used Holiday Hypermarket to book our honeymoon to Jamaica for the 4th May. We have always booked using the Tui website but heard about these guys from another couple in Jamaica at the beginning of the year when we got married.Our trip was cancelled at the beginning of April when Tui announced that holidays were cancelled up until 15th May. I rang up as soon as I heard the news and was told to call back the following week to arrange a refund as they were setting up working from home and could not process refunds at the time.I called back 4/5 days later and was given an option of a full refund or a credit note for the value of my holiday + 20%.We opted for the refund as I have holidays booked at the end of the year and we have no plans for next year just yet.I was told 7 to 10 days for it to arrive back into my account, 3 days later the refund had been processed and the money was back in my account.Great service during these difficult times!!Keep up the good work!!!We will definitely be back when we are safe to travel!

Refund for family holiday

Booked our family holiday for April but obviously had it cancelled. Spoke to someone on 29th march about a refund. Then spoke to someone on 17th April who said they would pass onto their manager we wanted a refund. Was told it would take 7-14 working days to get it back. Well today 21st April our refund is back in our account. So glad I booked through holiday hypermarket and not directly with tui. Holiday hypermarket have been alot more helpful in this stressful time. Thank you

Probably the best customer care experience ever 5*

I have a situation that needed extra attention post booking. As we all know post booking customer care can be a bit frustrating as the business already has your money. So generally they see little reason to dedicate themselves to this area. I contacted Holiday Hypermarket via FB and spoke with a lady called Julie. Julie has been exceptionally good. Julie not only took a keen interest in my probablem but has took it upon herself to personally manage my situation. This personal approach has really made a difference before we travel to Mexico. I can't thank her enough. 5 stars exceptional customer service that see the customer as a person not just a number on a spread sheet.Great service. Will update post holiday :-)

TICKETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO TICKETS YET AND I GO AWAY IN 6 DAYS BOOKED THIS IN AUGUST RANG SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL NO TICKETS TOLD EVERY TIME THEY ARE IN THE POST
