I had second thoughts about an getting a “toy”. I read that they were hard to get a refund/cancel order from but I didn’t have any problem. In fact it was the fastest order cancel I’ve ever had. I wasn’t quite ready to do this but when I am I will use their site.

I've made purchases from Adam and Eve before, but only in-stores prior to now. I made my first purchase in the last week from their website and it came right as expected. I *thought* I was supposed to receive a free gift, as I had selected at checkout, and contacted customer support when I didn't. They informed me that my coupon code didn't allow me to receive one via that particular order, but the kind associate over the support was willing to send me one anyway as an apology over the confusion. 10/10 best service, I'm so thankful for how courteous their support is.

I ordered a toy from them and it hadn't arrived by the expected date so I emailed them to let them know. They sent out a new one promptly, no dramas. I arrived the original order just a day later. My partner has had the same good experiences with them. So, many thanks to the customer service reps for making it much easier than what I expect with buying online! Also, people complaining about crappy quality toys should probably check what materials they're made of before buying, it definitely helps your chances of getting a better quality product :)

Not bad. Saw the reviews on various rating sites after I purchased & was worried. Had four items total (including the two free items) & it did in fact come in a box, not a mailer envelope. Also, when checking out, I made sure before I paid that the free item deal I wanted was on the invoice & sure to be included in my order & they were (I noticed that if you browse around site too long an offer can time out & switch out for some baseline offer they extend to you - you have to go back to your email & click your offer link again to reactivate it.) Then the shipping alert email also clearly stated I would be getting the two free items, so I knew I was good to go. Now when I received the items & went to test them out, I had people's reviews in the back of my mind, & almost flipped when two of the vibrating items did not work with fresh batteries put in (which way to put them is not clearly marked on most of these items, it looks like both batteries should go the same way.) Then I realized I should try randomly putting one battery upwards & one downwards like most battery compartments require, even though the shape of the contacts inside did not look like that’s the way to do it - and that worked! I have a feeling reports of everything not working is just issues with not installing the batteries right. I am completely satisfied with my order so far, I got it in a discreet box, I got the free deal items & the 45% off I wanted, & everything works. Would most likely order from them again. Now I’m only concerned if the rumored so not private advertising fliers are going to start appearing in my mailbox.

I give 5 stars.I had a problem with my order and they admittedly emailed me back and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service. I definitely will be buying more things from them. Pretty excited about their toys. I will be telling people about them and their products.
