Mango returns are really not that bad.

I ordered a coat from mango less than a month ago and was super worried about the return process if it didn't fit. It was only after I ordered it that I saw all the bad reviews here. I spent hours freaking out about it. My coat arrived exactly a week after I ordered it (which I considered great since it's from Spain). Unfortunately it did not fit as it was about double the size it said it was online (I'm XS, coat was easily a M-L). What sucks is that returns are not free if you go through the post office. You need to buy a return label. However, it does say on the refund section of the site that you may need to do this. Just a bit misleading. All said and done, I returned it, and in less than a week from sending it to the post office, I got my refund. Super happy it went well, even dispite paying $15 to return it. Also, customer service seems like a bot. I was also iffy about DHL but I got all the delivery notifications, the coat came intact, and it came fast. Hope this can ease any of your minds if you're worried like I was.

I placed an order on 29th December

I placed an order on 29th December, which was delivered on 12th January, exactly two weeks later. It is very misleading for Mango to state on the website that delivery will take 2-5 days and not inform of the substantial delays that are actually taking place, apparently largely due to Brexit/Covid. I spoke to Mango customer service on the phone on two occasions, firstly as I hadn't received a tracking number when I was emailed to told I would be, and secondly when the tracking number didn't work. I was able to get through to customer help on the phone very quickly and on both occasions they were extremely kind and helpful, much more so than other stores. When the item (a coat) arrived, I loved it, and it was worth the wait. I do understand covid making the parcels be delayed as we are in a lockdown and safety of workers is key, but it would be much better to be upfront about the delivery times/delays on the website or else it is misleading for the customer. Other online stores are being much quicker so they need to keep up with competition.I have ordered from Mango before and on these occasions delivery was extremely prompt, so whatever is happening at the moment is out of character for the store.

Gorgeous quality clothes and consistent sizing

Mango's shipping can sometimes be very slow, but this aside their products are excellent. Everything I have ordered from them is consistent in size and the materials they use are high quality. Their clothing feels luxurious to wear, washes well, and always feels good against my skin. If I'm looking for something that will make me feel smart and put together then I always rely on Mango, as unlike some other high street brands their quality is always excellent.If I had one gripe it's that I can't always afford to shop with them! However when I do I'm always glad I paid a little extra for the quality.

I’ve ordered about 5 times now and I’m really pleased with the quality of the clothes. I have to admit delivery is longer however we are going through pandemic and most people are ordering online so I expect to wait a bit longer. I returned 2 items and was refunded within 3 days. I also ordered first and then read the reviews so I was worried but items were well packaged and I am very happy with the service. The jeans/shirt I received were excellent quality and I’m thrilled with them.

I’ve had a relatively good experience…

I’ve had a relatively good experience with Mango, although only ordered online once, prior to that I would always pop into their stores. Their quality is better than most high street brands, in my opinion. Lots of organic cotton products! I’ve had to return a jacket in January, and requested an exchange. Since Brexit I have tried to use curriers to mail things to friends/relatives living in the EU and had trouble sorting that out so was expecting a delay with returning my item. They did email me and because they were able to track down the parcel - even though it hasn’t reached their warehouse yet - they have sent the exchanged item and got a confirmation email also. I think they are currently struggling with the difficulties of sending parcels abroad due to brexit, and having sales on isn’t helping either, so their services aren’t as good as they usually are.
