We would like to thank Robert (Rob,) in the Moonah Tas store for his fantastic customer service shown to myself and my son both on the phone and in person. We purchased a Sony TV today and he made our shopping both easy and with the most sincere personality we've met for a long time with a sales rep. An absolute credit to his store and Harvey Norman.

Thank you SHANE MCNAMARA of Campbelltown sold us our SMEG 110 UPRIGHT COOKER AND OUR SMEG RANGEHOOD TO MATCH ALSO OUR SMEG DISHWASHERHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SECURE OUR SALE EVEN IMPEDING UPON HIS OWN ANNUAL LEAVE we were very price point conscious and he secured the sale matching the closest Winnings quote, we chose Shane as a positive and honest reliable man Look after your great staff!! Also young Shannon in the Coffee machine and the air purifier section was also amazing! All up we spent approx 15000 with HN in about a month NOTHING WAS TOO DIFFICULT AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OUR FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO LOOKING TO REPLACE MAJOR KITCHEN appliances. i have also recommended Shannon to another of my friends who like my Delonghi Eletta Coffee Maker

There was very good service provided by the customer service agent at harvey norman millenia walk store. I was very impressed by the layout of the store and the treatment by the stuff. There was no pressure whatsoever. The price was good for what we were looking for which was an LG TV. I think it is definitely recommended to go to a store to know what you want to get.

These stars are for Brett in electrical appliances at the Marion store in SA. I had been in and out of the store on and off for a couple of weeks trying to decide on a stove and fridge. His service was excellent. Nothing was a bother and he was happy to go through so many products with me as I changed my mind.After looking in a few other opposition stores with mostly similar prices a chose to return to H N for a last look. Brett was there and he got my business. Thanks Brett!

I would like to acknowledge Kylie at your Cannington store for her exceptional help and service in having my dining chair replaced. To her credit even when it seemed all was taken care of at her end only to find me ringing again to say there was another issue she handled the issue quickly and went out of her way to make it right. Any employer would be so grateful to have her working for them representing their business. with her sunny and polite attitude, it was fantastic to have someone pay attention and listen. After having met her as she personally came out with the missing parts and delivered them to my door I was even more impressed and would have no problem in recommeding her to your office as an outstanding employee.. Thanks so much Kylie it was an absolute pleasure talking to and meeting you. I wish you goodluck in your future employment. I just want to make mention if the great service of one of you Bathurst employees. Judy was outstanding in her help and advise great sales women as we purchased a whole lot more than we intended.Thank you Judy for you service.

Above and beyond excellent service from Marc Homan at Oxley (QLD) store. Thank you Marc for your time, effort and patience. We originally walked into the store to buy 2 x prepaid phones for our sons - the original guy that served us was lovely and said to us to check out the Optus sale at the moment as it was crazy cheap and we would get free phones that were better than the ones we were looking at. Looking over a the queue, my husband and I decided to have a look and see - Marc stepped us through the deals - asked us about our current deals and then ended up getting 5 phones on one deal - saving $3000k a year and getting us 5 new phones and $1100 in eftpos vouchers (that in itself was pretty good) - only problem was that Optus had not anticipated how awesome these sales people were and the calls to connect were taking at least 1hr to get through plus 1hr minimum to confirm, etc. With 5 phones - it was definitely a challenging call. Day one was 6hrs waiting - 1 disconnected call and hour lost but we were committed! Day one ended with confirming and walking out with one phone and some great discounts on products. Marc was so lovely, he called his rep got them to hold the deal over Christmas for us - once back from holidays he got confirmation for all other plans before we came back in for the other 4 phones; 2-3hrs later we were finally done. Patience and product knowledge is Marc's strongest attributes and Trev and I (Emma) thank you for going above and beyond to help us. Harvey Norman Oxley team (whilst waiting) we so friendly accommodating and just all round legends. You have our business for life. See Marc at Oxley if you ever need any devices - he knows his stuff!

Went to Harvey Norman Wiley Park to purchase an LG Smart TV but ended up also buying a Tefal steam iron, Nutribullet Select 1200W and, a Smeg toaster and Kettle! All this due to the great service I received from a very professional and lovely salesman called Dion in the electrical department. He was very knowledgable on all the items I purchased and his service was well beyond five stars! Thank you Dion for a very pleasant shopping experience... hubbie and I will definitely be back to see you again! You are definitely a credit to HM!

Gill at the Swords branch could not have been more helpful, a credit to Harvey Norman. I have been in sales & customer service throughout my career & Gill is at the top of her game. Hard to come by these days unfortunately. I hope she is appreciated as it’s this kind of customer care that would most definitely have me repeat shop in Swords.
