Great Service with good prices!

Excellent service again from Bitiba. I have been using them for my dog food for sometime now and have no complaints. I placed my order yesterday at 15.25pm and received it at 09.25am this morning via Yodel.

Ordered and paid for yesterday, delivered today. Fantastic service, fully recommended.

Bitiba stocks a good range of cat food at a very competitive price. Sadly as long as they use Yodel for deliveries I am not going to be purchasing from them again. Yodel is an unreliable company. The delivery man lied and claimed I was not in so had to reschedule delivery for the following day. Parcel was slammed down on the floor (lucky there was nothing fragile inside) and when I reached the ground floor (block of flats and had buzzed the door open) the delivery man took off like a grey hound at the starting gate. Large puncture hole in the parcel. I wish Bitiba would use a reputable firm like DPD.

Used Bitiba for the first time recently to source Royal Canin Mother and Baby for our pregnant dog Larka as we live in a remote village in Cornwall and it's not easy to source even at the local pet stores. The price was most competitive and the food arrived promptly within 24 hours. The thing I was most impressed by though was the Customer Service. When I informed them that the box and bag were damaged in delivery they immediately responded and sent out a new bag to us that arrived within 24 hours free of charge. I had not even asked for this. As a result, I will always order my pet supplies from Bitiba in future. That level of customer service is to be commended these days. Well done Bitiba for standing out!

Excellent company! I ordered a K9 dog harness for my Pug at 2pm and it was delivered 10am the next day. Even though they warn delivery may be delayed because of Covid.It was a lot cheaper than all of the other companies too.Very pleased, thankyou Bitiba

I bought from this company recently for the first time, because I had a new cat. They had a large range of products & prices were very good. I ordered a tall scratch post, cat toys, a urine smell/stain cleaner, Felix cat food, carbon litter tray filters & a ball which dispenses dry cat food (the idea being to keep the indoor cat from getting bored).Unfortunately, the warehouse employees obviously don’t check the goods before despatch, as one of the pouches of cat food had been torn at some point. There was obvious staining of the bottom of the box of food, and a strong smell of rotting meat. When I opened the box of food, there were lots of small maggots all over the pouches, and the smell was nauseating (I have a very strong stomach, but it made me sick). I complained, and got a fast apology and a refund for the price of that box. The smell did linger around the other boxes, but I left them outside for a while & it has dissipated, & I’m certain a cat wouldn’t eat tainted food. The other potential issue was that the Felix contained sardine flavour rather than the tuna we get in the UK, but my cat is eating that, so it’s not a problem for me.So my experience wasn’t great, but they obviously run to a tight budget to offer such competitive prices. The other items are all good (well, not had to use the urine spray, as she settled into using a litter tray & a hot wash seems to have sorted it).

First time of using and have to say very impressed, Price was first plus point, and delivery in 24 hours from ordering excellent, delivery by Yodel and informed delivery date and approximate time, then backed up with a 2 hour time slot by very friendly driver, thus giving a good feeling about dealing with Bitiba for the first time, now looking forward to doing more with Bitiba.

I found this site after the site I previously use for my ever clean cat litter (Fetch) put the total prices up. I ordered and the order came within two days and I saved £10!!! Highly recommended so far.
