I think FitBit are so good
I think FitBit are so good. They've replaced to straps and the watch for free, it was in warranty. Just had to take a picture and you get the replacements in a couple of days.

amazing customer service
I’ve had a couple of issues with my charge 3 recently but the way it has been handled and resolved has been nothing short of exceptional customer service. In January the strap broke but not the side they supply you a spare for, I messaged them, they asked me to send a photo with my Fitbit ID and then they sent me a new strap. Recently, my screen went blank, I messaged Fitbit, they asked me to restart, it didn’t work, i messaged back to tell them it didn’t work, they sent me a link on Friday to order a replacement, today is Monday, I received the replacement and I’m back on track. So happy!

Faulty charge 3.
I had a faulty charge 3.I contacted fitbit via their chat option.After going through a couple of processes to try and fix I was advised the device was faulty.I have just received a replacement ( upgraded to charge 4 as no charge 3 in stock) just over a week later.I can not fault the customer service I received and I am surprised to read the poor reviews.Maybe it depends which country you are in.

Versa notifications on XR
Bought a Fitbit Versa recently as the iPhone notifications were something I wanted, but looking around online it seems they don't work properly with the iPhone XR.. hopefully an update is coming soon to fix it!

Fitbit Alta HR - Firmware upgrade due to sync problem
I have a Fitbit Alta HR and could not make it sync - it was hard to work out if it was on but knew it was charged OK. I tried the self-help but without luck, so mailed them directly. The response was within hours, with suggested fixes. They remotely analyzed the device, and worked out it needed a Firmware update. They mailed a link and instructions to make it work properly. All fixed within 24 hours. Exceptional Customer Service in my personal experience. Very happy to deal with company's like this who look after their customers.

I had my fitbit for 11 months
I had my fitbit for 11 months when it stopped working properly. It wouldnt record heartbeat and sleep, and pixels were missing from the screen. I contacted customer support who were very efficient and told me how to do a reset. When this didn't work they replaced the tracker right away.

great customer service
The customer service I experienced was second to none. I had problems with my original Fitbit, owing to the strap breaking, it actually broke on the replacement too, but both times they replaced it without argument. The second time they actually upgraded me to a newer more expensive Fitbit!

Good customer service
Received Fitbit charge3 as a present.Initially was very pleased with product but 2 months after using the tracker the battery would not hold its charge and it stopped synching.On close inspection a crack at the back of the device was noted.I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond.Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the outcome.They stated that the crack was due to accidental damage and would not be covered by the warranty.All I did was wear the tracker! It was not dropped and there was no accidental damage occurance. After writing to the company stating I was not happy with their conclusions,they later informed me that they would investigate further.After further communications the end result is that the company will be sending me a new tracker.A very satisfied customer who experienced good customer service.Here's hoping my new tracker will not give me the same problems.

Happy with customer service
I’ve had a couple of issues with my Charge 3 over the last year.Firstly my strap broke, I got in touch with customer service whom I found a pleasure to deal with. Very polite, to the point and helpful. They were able to send me a replacement strap pretty quickly.Most recently the Heart Rate monitor stopped working. I got in touch with their customer services again, they were equally as helpful. The agent tried a couple of troubleshooting exercises to fix the issue but it didn’t work. They kindly organised the warranty team to drop me an email, I had a prompt response and an easy process to claim a replacement.Yes I’ve had a couple of issues HOWEVER they have worked to resolve these very quickly and no quibbles about replacement. I am really happy with the service and will definitely stick with fitbit again when it comes time to upgrade to the next model.
