Fitbit Versa - Limited Edition (Lavender/rose gold)

I am giving a 4* star rating, and here is the reason why1 Week ago, my Fitbit Versa stopped working. What I mean by stopped working is the screen of my Versa became very glitchy and wouldn't work at all. Resetting it was at no use at all. I was extremely disappointed as I only had the Versa for less than 6 months and it had broke without any accidental damage on my part. I took extremely good care of my watch, charged it when needed, didn't use it all the time, never exposed it to water (even though it is actually water resistant, but never took the risk as such)anyway, I contacted the Fitbit company via the online chat they provide on their website. As it goes, they had procedures of which I had to complete in order for them to even consider a replacement. This consisted of me turning my Fitbit on and off again, resetting the Fitbit and logging onto my account via my phone and resetting it that way too. All of which had failed. I then was given two options - either select a replacement of the current watch I had, or, receive 50% discount off a newer model (ionic) Fitbit for my next purchase. I selected a replacement as I love my current watch and was extremely upset that I couldn't use it anymore. As it goes, the customer service that was provided was the best I ever received. I had doubts because the Fitbit broke very easily, however gave them the benefit of the doubt as I knew I could of been given a model that was faulty anyway (every company has their bad slip-ups) - not only was they tremendously helpful but very pleasing and informative in what my next steps were. I spoke to a guy named Eddy, and he was the nicest sales advisor I had ever spoken too. I had trouble uploading requested photos of my Fitbit due to the company I had purchased the watch of, they managed to damage the serial code number. Fitbit service team perfected their jobs in making sure I had no hassle in receiving my new device - and took my word on the product I had. I am one happy lady to finally have Fitbit watch again, Thank you Fitbit!

Customer Service slow to act initially but now all has been resolved.

Once upon a time I left an excellent review for having receive really good service in terms of communication. However, someone hacked my fitbit account and I no longer have access. I have been in touch with support but there has been no progress. The following relates to the notes I have taken so far:Sunday 2nd June 2019I got in touch with Fitbit support as I was locked out of my fitbit account. My password was not being recognised so this means that my account was hacked. I tried to change my password but this did not work either. When I contacted support they said that they would escalate my case and make contact with me via email. Monitor this.Monday 3rd June 2019I called Fitbit at 8:20 am and got through to support. The chap I spoke to mentioned that my case is in the process of being looked into and that I should wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for a response. He advised that my account has been deactivated whilst they look into this. Monitor this.Friday 7th June 2019I called Fitbit at 8:26 am. The chap I spoke to mentioned that he would speak to the department and that hopefully I should receive an email by the end of the day with details of what they are going to do.Friday 14th June 2019.I still have not had a response. Will keep updating this review. No one has been in touch as yet.Okay, I have some further information to add. I finally received a long email from support explaining everything. They mentioned that they had reset my fitbit account email as apparently that had been changed by whoever hacked my account. Anyway, I have reset my password and I am now able to access my account. Despite the delay there has finally been some good communication and as a result of this I am changing my rating from one start to 5. Everything is fine now, thank you.

I bought the Versa last year from…

I bought the Versa last year from fitbit worked great at first looked great then I noticed the time was wrong and couldn't get to to sync. Contacted fitbit they were great sent a replacement out right away. Only problem now is the replacement after working for a little while has now stopped working it's not even charging I'm still waiting after a few days for fitbit to contact me. I've been with fitbit for years I'm missing my device so I've bought a cheap standby from Samsung until Fitbit sorts me out. Not happy it's taking a long time for them to get back to me

Good as it gets for the price

Considering what you pay, they are not bad. If you do buy do so through a big retailer like John Lewis as their customer service is next to non.My charge 2 had battery problems and they brushed me off. Lucky I bought at John Lewis and they had my back.If there was better out there that wasn't Apple. I would probably go for it but they do the job. There are great until you have problems.Good watches, bad customers service.

I love their products

I love their products! I have used Fitbit products for years, and use them daily to track myself and my families fitness goals. I love the app and how everything connects, makes it very easy to keep a watch on our activities. However..... I have had two Aria scales fail (google shows this isn't a rare occurrence), Fitbit has replaced these each time. And I have had a watch become unresponsive, which Fitbit also replaced.Great they are good at replacing, but I would like it more if the products were more reliable. Its a hassle having to make claims for items due to them malfunctioning, and very wasteful (not very good for our planet).

I really cannot fault Fit bit customer…

I really cannot fault Fit bit customer service. When my Fitbit Versa started giving me problems less than a year after receiving it as a gift, they responded promptly to my email for assistance. The customer service team gave me lots of clear guidance and advice to try to correct the issue. They responded promptly to all my queries, and when the problem could not be fixed, arranged a replacement fitbit which arrived in a few days. I am grateful for the help I received and feel reassured that I could contact them again, should any problems arise in the future. Thankyou

Incredible service

Incredible service, my girlfriend had her fitbit break 2 times in 2 years.Fitbit replaced it 2 times without any hassle or questions. The second time they even asked if we would like a discount on another Product instead.Only good experiences here in Switzerland. Keep it up guys!
