Size isn’t right
So I am a size 24 in their pants and shorts in store I try those on all the time no problem and they fit perfect but when I order them online they literally don’t go past my thighs they’re extremely tight. And you can say oh that’s because the ones in the store and always tried on so they’re stretched out, but they should still be able to fit me just be a little tight. Am i the only one that this happens to?

Not bad....
Due to the Covid 19 outbreak in the states I was expecting delays especially with the reviews. I was so worried about my purchases so I called customer service and they were so rude and degrading! I purchased two skirts and a pair of sneakers I got one of the skirts and the sneakers in one package and the other skirt the next day. They sent out one package order two days after ordering and the second package three days after my order was placed. Over all I would have given a 5 star rating but the rude customer service employee ruined my experience.

The reason everyone has a bad experience...
I think the reason everyone has a bad time with pacsun is their long processing times, people freak out since their order doesn't process and they tell customer service. Customer service screws it up and cancels the order (well that's how they try to fix it with broken english)My order went smoothlyOrdered 8 itemsOrder took 5 days to processTwo extra days to ship after processing7 items arrived but I was notified before that oneItem wasn't shippedThey shipped it and I got it two days after I received my orderPacsun isn't really too bad of a website to order from but different people have different experiences. My advice is to avoid customer service and have plenty of patience or you just may screw up your own order by contacting support. You get an email with a tracking link if you order online and can track your stuff there.

Honestly I read these reviews and got so scared I wouldn’t receive my item. My item took 2 weeks to ship but fed ex has it and it’s supposedly going to get here today. So, hopefully I get my pants. Regardless they didn’t cancel my order nor do anything funny except take 50 years to ship.

I have bought some cute jackets here that have kept going for 5 years. I have also bought a soft shirt that looked awful after a few washes.Most of their clothes are too short. I bought a dress that shoes my butt even though I am really short (5' 3"). Something to be aware of is that they skew pictures online when it comes to length.

favorite store until today..
we have a PacSun at the mall I shop at and I've always loved it and it's been one of my favorite stores. it has great brands and reasonable prices, and the quality is always better than something I would buy at h&m, forever 21, or zumiez. I never had a bad experience with PacSun until today. I ordered a pair of Adidas that were only available online, and received them today. the box was destroyed and torn up, not sure why. I opened the box and one of the shoes had a mark on it, right in the middle of the shoe. I'm not sure what it is or why it is there, but the stain looks really bad. I called customer support and they offered me a refund when I returned the item, but the item is not in stock anymore. so the lady said they would give us $5 since the product is damaged, which I guess is fair. I'm really disappointed that my shoes are damaged. I was looking forward to getting them.

For such expensive clothing, you’d expect better quality. I’ve ordered 3 times online from Pacsun. Every time my items come, they look cheaper than they did online, the quality isn’t as great, and they come too big. I’ve found nothing great about this company and honestly, just don’t shop here. Not worth the money
