Vivienne Westwood Free Shipping April 2024

There was no update on my order for a while, and no reply to my emails. I feel as though there customer service is non existent. However I did receive my items and I was updated through the delivery courier. Not a great experience but not unpleasant

Despite all of the bad reviews, I decided to still give it a shot and ordered the mini bas relief necklace. They promised arrival before Christmas (I ordered on the 15th of december) and delivery was indeed on time (received 23 december). (note: I chose standard shipping)I did have some questions about my order and it is indeed pretty much impossible to reach out to their customer service via phone, but I did get a reaction when I filled in the 'contact us' form on their website. Seems like every other way to contact them isn't working quite well. In fact; some of the phone numbers and e-mail addresses they mention on their site are simply not in use anymore. The process of trying to contact them is confusing and overall not great. I do very much recommend creating a profile with them before ordering, since I never got a shipping confirmation e-mail. Luckily I could track my package through their website, but if I wouldn't have created an account then I wouldn't have been able to track my package. Even though I still very much adore this brand, I definitely agree that Vivienne Westwood could work towards providing better service/ less stressful experience.

I ordered the mini bas relief choker on the 16/1/2022. I was very excited to receive my product as it was my first time ordering from a luxury designer. A week had passed and my order still wasn't updated and still said it was being processed. I emailed customer service asking about my product and they replied to me a day later telling me there would be a delay with delivery as they were receiving many orders. I then saw all the reviews on here and started to get worried if my order would show up as many people said they had been waiting for over a month or their package got lost in the mail. Another week had passed I still had no update on my package and decided to email again and received the same explanation as last time. Each email I received from customer service was reassuring and replied to me very quick. Finally my order arrived today on 3/2/2022 within 2 weeks and a few days. I was extremely happy and surprised to receive my necklace as I was expecting to wait at least a month for it to arrive! On the Vivienne Westwood website it still says my order is being processed even though I have already received it. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and is definitely worth the wait!

I ordered a pair of rocking horse shoes on 29/12/2021 and they arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, even with about 4 bank holidays in between and long wait times due to coronavirus and the holidays. I then ordered a mini bas relief choker 2 days later (not sure why I didn't make the purchases on the same day). Took much longer to arrive. I put this down to it being a highly sought after item and almost everything Westwood makes being handmade. I emailed customer service about 2 or 3 weeks in to see about an update (around the 26th/27th). I received a reply within a day to hear what I was expecting - hadn't left the warehouse and they weren't sure of when it would be leaving, but if I no longer wanted the item I could let them know and they would reimburse me. A few days later the money officially left my account (turns out the payment had been pending/processing for quite a while) and the necklace arrived very much by surprise this morning - 02/02/2022. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the quality of the jewellery but I have no complaints - it's a handmade quality and sustainable item (recycled metal and glass) that honestly lives up to my expectations and I think it's gorgeous. So much so I've gone and bought matching earrings :) !The wait times can be a bit intense but I think a lot of people leaving reviews on here need to exercise patience when buying from popular designer brands that handmake a lot of their products.

Visited the Glasgow store. Staff very helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Purchased the mini bas choker as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend.... read the reviews took my chances and placed the order when they finally restockedthe order came in less than a week and it looks great no issues at all! (although duties are expensive $60)my conclusion being.....based on reviews their customer service must be horrible, so if they make a mistake where you're not at fault... well good luck (i don't know I'm only assuming)also, there's only approx.100 reviews here....you have to factor in the number of orders VW fulfills on an annual basis which must be in the thousands, so they can't be messing up thousands of orders they still got a company to run lol feel free to take your chances like me, they have a great selection but this will probably be my only order from this website

Had a faulty item and the the person I spoke to was so helpful - even after I didn’t get back to her after a few months and was so helpful with locating my package when I had returned it incorrectly!

So I usually don’t write reviews but seeing all those bad ones I felt obligated to write this one.Firstly, the customer service team was the best one I’ve seen amongst other stores, very responsive( in 1 hour ). Also, my order was very quickly shipped and arrived on the exact expected date. ( In 3 days)

I received a pair of earrings and they were the wrong ones. I sent them back and they got back to me to let me know it was their fault and they had uploaded the wrong picture to the item I had brought which was really annoying as it was a birthday gift. I emailed and ching from customer services helped me and he helped so much. He got back to every question and was extremely helpful 5 stars for him. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t receive a discount on a future purchase due to their mistake I did get a free delivery for a next purchase but as it was their mistake I would’ve liked a discount. But I would like to say a massive thank you to ching for all his help. The 3 star review is nothing reflected on ching I would’ve given his customer service 5 star.

I recently ordered the Mini Bas Relief Choker from Vivienne Westwood's online store, the order was processed/dispatched within the first day. The parcel arrived in 6 days, which was a day ahead of schedule. The customer service/care team were professional, responsive and reassuring when I thought my parcel got lost. I haven't found any faults in the necklace I received.The choker is very pretty and well made, the pearls have a good amount of weight to them and I appreciate the fine detailing in the pendant.
