Vince Flash Sale April 2024

I was disappointed about Vince customer service in the beginning. (ps. you can read it from my previous review.) However, Vince answered and explained to me what's going on which made me feel a big relief. I got my refunds a week later and definitely, I will shop Vince again!!

Great when things go on sale. I have a wool/cashmere blend sweater and it pills too easily. The pieces from years ago are amazing quality. However, I will say the one thing that Vince does well is cashmere. Their cashmere is great quality as of 2021 and worth the price (on sale). I'll pick up a piece or two and hopefully they'll keep quality top notch on other items too. Overall, nice line and even better on sale

Hi all, I am really surprised about all the negative reviews. I came here today to write a positive review. I have been shopping at Vince for years. Their clothes are just too beautiful and different form all the other retailers. But I would like to give a shoutout to the staff at the San Diego Vince store and the online customer service returns department. Very accomodating always!!!!!

Note: This is a specific review left for their store on Newbury At in Boston:I’ve been a long time fan of this clothing brand until my recent experience visiting this store on Newbury St. In August I ordered some gift for a friend who’s leaving Boston. The delivery was 17 days late and missed the friend’s flight. I called the online service number and complained about the delay. A week later they sent me a $100 gift card. So I used that to purchase a couple of full priced items. After receiving the package, I discovered that one of them is smaller than what I need and would like for an exchange of the item. I originally called another Vince store and was told to just go there. Last week, when I went to Newbury St, I found this Vince store and thought that I could just do the exchange there. However, to my surprise, the guy who worked there rejected my request for exchange, saying that because of the gift card they could only refund me the difference between the amount and the $100 and therefore there was no way he could do an exchange. He then repeated several times that because I “used a gift card, there will be no exchange or return,” in a condescending tone. He also claimed that he is the manager who worked there for many years. I was not a big fan of his attitude. It was never made clear to me that things purchased with gift cards would not be exchanged. This is ridiculous that a full priced item could not be exchanged. He also insisted that the other store was giving me wrong information. Interestingly, when I went to the other store the next day, they helped me with the exchange without any problem or issues raised. Please, the Newbury location does not mean that a double standard and a condescending attitude are justified. Vince, you need to educate your staff some professional communication skills.Therefore, 1 star for the Newbury store. But due to the good service rendered at the other location, I am raising it to 3 stars.

vince pillsvince pills, that's all you need to bear in mind when shopping their wool cashmere blend. bought vince thinking it has more versatile and energetic design.cucinelli's wool cashmere blend had not pill for a few season's use (to an extent that needs to be shaved, but very tiny bit underarm), and vince's wool cashmere shirt pilled after a week's wear.okay, vince, ill try your cashmere sweater this week. if it pills too, you will forever be on my blacklist.
