While I was disappointed to have my first 2 orders cancelled and the third still pending a shipment after 8 days Denise in customer service responded same day with an apology and credit on future purchase. I sent an email to Tradesy after seeing my bag would be shipped from China, not Texas. Sam, a Tradesy employee helped me so much! He/She sent me a very long, and detailed email explaining everything to me, and truly made me feel so much better about the situation. As well as the seller, Coco-Luxury. They also sent me an email explaining things. Really appreciate the super quick responses from everyone!

Shopping on Tradesy all but guarantees that you will receive quality merchandise, enjoy yourself immensely, and be left feeling totally joyous and completely satisfied! It can be classic Tiffany or vintage Chanel and you won’t be disappointed. The whole process from browsing the different sites to choosing from your favorites is a most wonderful and easy experience. The sellers are very willing to answer any questions that one may have, they put you at ease, but never push the sale. They are amazing and awesomely easy to communicate with, for me that sells!!! However, if you should have any questions or concerns Tradesy has a customer support team that is also simply extraordinary. I just recently didn’t understand the protocol for knowing ahead of time if my purchase was going to be eligible for a sale using a promo code. I contacted customer support and I was first hooked up with Tenia, who did a fantastic job with explaining my initial mishap. Then I messaged again wanting more information and I was hooked up with Whitney. She explained in detail what I needed to do to not only use a promo code, but what I needed to do in the future in order to know if my item was eligible for the promo ahead of check out? It’s not all about what the team member gives you for information, although that is certainly very helpful and important. It is for me the manner in which they treat you. You are respected, and your questions and needs are important to them!Tradesy, in my opinion ranks among the best places to shop because it’s not just about the customer being a consumer. It’s about the customer being an individual person that is part of a much larger experience that is hopefully memorable and good for all. I have shopped on Tradesy for a couple of years now, and I feel like I am part of the wonderful Tradesy team family!!! Two thumbs up to all.

This is the second time I have used Tradesy to buy a gown for my cruise formal evening. The first had a deep plunge, the perfect color and a skirt that went for miles. It was a true formal ball gown. This time I've chosen an Adrianna Papell evening gown and a beaded wristlet. If you need faster shipping just ask before you order. They can include overnight or second day in the price so you get it right away. Neither of my gowns have shown up with a single issue. No stains, snags...and most of the dresses are shown with the proper size chart so all you have to do is take your measurements. I've already picked out the dress for our next cruise. I love Tradesy!! All the glamour, gorgeous gowns and a price tag that is much more reasonable.

Hello. i listed and sold an item immediately on Tradesy. Same item had been on another site for 6months without a serious offer. As far as doing and being everything they promised from the beginning, they have thoroughly impressed this experienced shopper. The even better part is their customer service representatives. I have been selling on Tradesy since the merger with another online consignment store I used to sell with and have sold 87 items, both brand new and worn. I have only had a couple of problems and Tradesy eventually resolved them to my benefit.The commissions have increased substantially over the years but they are not out of line with other online consignors of luxury goods. However, the time it takes to receive my seller commission has increased dramatically and that is bothersome since the buyer only has a limited amount of time to complain about and return an item. I have not experienced anything being returned directly to me from buyers, but if that did happen I would be upset and probably not take the chance again on Tradesy. Customer service has been decent and I have never gone without a response to any inquiry I have made. I think if you are a legitimate and honest seller, you should do well on Tradesy.

Horrible customer service I spent over $15000 on two rolexes , 5 days ago I haven't received a response to any of 12 emails about shipping or anything except to confirm that it was paid for on the 9th..SCAM
