Great Company, Great Products, Greater return service and customer service.

I still have socks I bought in 2009, socks that travelled 800 miles over six weeks through the Pacific Northwest, plus a 600 mile bicycle ride across three states, and then my daily use of them, have underwear that is as old as well. Great products, I figure if they last me 3 years they were worth it, 5 years, cool, but I'm going on 11 years. I have had great results from their flex pants and shirts as well

Duluth Trading offers stylist clothes for folks who need clothing that will stand up to heavy use. They have friendly folks in the order department, and offer fair prices, although certainly not cheap. But it's worth it, the quality of the clothing will last and last, and you'll be very glad you tried them. Particularly good for cold weather gear, or for folks that work or play outside quite a bit, or for wintery climates.

I buy all my husband's boxers from Duluth Trading. He says they are the best and softest boxer briefs he has ever worn. Plus they have his size 4X. I have been buying them now for several years. If I'm quick enough when I get their sale emails, I can get discontinued colors for more than 1/2 off! So when I can get those good deals, I stock up. Then a couple years ago, I noticed some discontinued women's underwear colors at more than 1/2 off so I thought I'd give them a try. Now I won't wear anything else. Best underwear, hands down! No creeping, no panty lines, very comfortable and soft. I also love their flannel jackets! Recently my 88 yo father-in-law who is in assisted living kept complaining that he was always cold. I found a nice thick flannel, a long sleeved black tee with a chest pocket and a very cool button down shirt that was secretly not an actual button down, but had magnets that held the shirt together for people who had trouble with buttons. How cool is that? They were all on sale so I ordered them. I used their tracking feature and it showed the package was to be delivered the next day. It didn't come. So I waited a few days and checked again. It said it had been delivered. I never got it. I called customer service and they said if it didn't come in the next 5 days, I should call back. It did not come so I called back and talked to a very friendly customer service woman who reordered everything for me. Of course i had also ordered several pairs of underwear and boxers too. A few of my items were sold out in the colors I had selected so she just gave me whichever color I wanted at no extra charge. Everything was reordered and I received the package two days later. I'm baffled that other reviewers didn't like the customer service as I was more than impressed with how they handled my situation. And my father-in-law loved his 3 new shirts and was amazed at the magnet shirt! If you haven't tried Duluth's underwear yet, you don't know how great underwear can be until you order from them!

Have to admit yes, that while they are pricier than some, their quality is well worth it. They also have impeccable service, whether online or at their stores. I like their flannel shirts, which are great in cold weather, or for outdoor excursions. If you love hunting, hiking, fishing and associated activities, they could be who you’re looking for. Their boots are exceptional. Have completed twenty mile hikes in relative comfort.They have quite a few stores, but I go to their Manassas, VA location most. The employees there are outstanding. Also they have the Duke Cannon Soaps. Fireplace is a solid pick, along with their beer flavored ones. Easy lathering and these bricks last for a substantial period of time. Am pleased to shop with them, and Carhartt fans will be happy also!

I'd highly recommend this company i bought 3 pairs of boxer briefs i love them and they are very comfortable. So I got 2 more pairs Worth the price.

I'm very surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I called customer service and clearly spoke to a woman from the United States and she couldn't have been more pleasant. I placed an order and received it and a very timely fashion during a very busy holiday shipping season. After the holiday I had an exchange to make I received the new item rapidly and my Exchange made it to them quickly as well. Had absolutely no issues receiving a refund. I could not have been any more please with all of the services that I received from Duluth. I understand there was many shipping issues with local Postal Services as well as online services people have to remind themselves that because of the pandemic that we are all facing the Manpower for these companies is limited while the demand for their services has greatly increased . My personal opinion is you should not base your opinion on one dissatisfied experience sometimes it pays to be a little more understanding.

Received jacket and extremely pleased with quality and fit, love it! Shipping was on time, no issues.

Ordered a flannel and a scarf and both arrived in about a week after ordering. Quality is good. No complaints from me.
