I just wanted to note: I was absolutely hesitant and terrified to order online form Justice, after all the reviews I've read. It took me 4 days to actually place my order, and pray everything would go ok. I placed order on cyber Monday. Called the hotline, to ensure my order went through ok. I was met with a nice representative within 3 minuets. Order good on their end. My order shipped out in three separate packages. Ok, I guess, I was still terrified. I received all 3 shipments within 2 weeks. My experience was wonderful.

I bought a $20 lunchbox for my daughter and she stained the bottom of it. My wife washed it and it looks it's brand new. Their stuff is expensive but GREAT quality!

My girls love your store! I love your store! Especially when you are having a flash sale. I was able to get all of their back to school clothes for a very good deal. We have been shopping with them for years. I love the customer service I get when I walk into the store. I'm honestly about to apply for a job there! I love it that much! Luckily the store near me has openings!

Having an 8 year old daughter, I spend quite a bit of money at Justice. I purchased a really cute lace top with a printed image on the front. I washed it exactly as the tag said to and the print came off. It was ruined. I called customer service and provided them with pictures and receipt images. Miss Victoria C. was taking care of my case. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she felt like a friend after speaking with her over a few days. She got me a refund on my purchase and had the gift card emailed to me that day. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! Thank you so much Miss Victoria and Justice!

I ordered site to store and received numerous emails stating my package was ready for pick up. However, when I arrive to the store, there was no package for me. Back and forth with the online customer service and with the staff in the store demanding a refund I finally got it after a long week battle. The manager of the store need to be retrained on how to handle these types of situations. Although, she wasn’t in store. Staff called manager to get resolution and she gave an oh well type of response. There should have been something she could instruct them to do so that I could be refunded. The Regional manager also need to be trained on how the system work. What she told me mad no sense. How would the online customer service know that the store physically accepted a package unless the staff in store logs it in. The staff that is actually in the store, that accepts packages and log them in are telling me something different. (I believe them). The staff did their best in assisting me in getting a refund back. I called customer service and requested a supervisor to get refunded for the missing package that I never received. Anyway, I’m giving three stars for the in store Assistant Manager and other staff. On 1/17/18 I ordered my daughter an Unicorn mini backpack. I was scared how this process would be due to the reviews. Today (1/20/18) I received my package. I was not expecting it until 5-8 business days. I will be shopping again online with Justice.

Not bad to be honest, only thing was that the hair tie I brought for my daughter broke in 5 minutes! Dress is very good quality. Would be happy to shop here again.

I love the fact that justice pants come in the right size for my daughter. On the other hand, I bought her a cute pair of slip on shoes with a unicorn on them for Easter this year... both shoes already has a hole in them. Very disappointed; it would have been nice if she would have got to wear them longer. I've decided to never purchase shoes from justice anymore.

I had items delivered to my old address. We went to that address and the family said they had one package but not the other. when I notified Justice they didn't even flinch and resent out the missing items. I cannot tell you how GREAT the customer service is. Thank you Justice and it just makes me want to keep buying from them and being a loyal customer

Justice bags have great quality and are loved by kids! I would totally buy it again just to see the smile on my sister’s face again.
