Excellent customer service. We ordered an easel which was missing a dowel. I competed Scandiborn's online form about damaged goods and received a reply the next day. It was agreed that their supplier would send the necessary part -- and this was done very quickly. It may be possible to buy similar products as those on the Scandiborn website, but it's important to know that if there's a problem, Scandiborn is very helpful.

Ordered some beautiful wooden toys for my daughters 1st birthday. Issues with the courier and delivery, but the lovely Charlotte at Scandiborn stepped in to handle discussions with them, and arranged for replacements to be sent on an Express service with another courier. Faultless customer service!

Superb customer service! I very recently placed three separate orders as I couldn’t help but see/find more beautiful products on their website for my daughters over the space of a week in the lead up to Christmas. Each time I was price matched without issue, was given free delivery and items came the next day. Also, before I ordered a Little Dutch goose soft toy in large, I had phoned Scandiborn to check the measurements. I was accidentally given incorrect information on 23/12/21 by their colleague and the goose was a lot bigger than explained. I phoned back to see if I could exchange it for a small goose as it was for my baby (the large was bigger than her & without the lady seeing the goose it must have been very hard for her to try to explain the sizing - these things happen!) and as it was out of stock, instead I was ever so kindly given a Little Dutch Goose gift set (which contained the little goose I wanted to exchange it for, plus a comforter AND a teether!!) and got to keep the large goose too. Even better, this was shipped for next day delivery, again, free of charge and it arrived Christmas Eve so my baby got her cuddly goose for Christmas. Cannot thank this wonderful company & exceptionally kind staff for all their hard work. I was fortunate to speak to the owner of the company too who I could thank and give my praise too - lovely woman. I will always go to Scandiborn first for any toys for my girls. Xxx

I ordered the rainbow wall rug yesterday. It was supposed to take 3-5 days but it came the next day. It’s absolutely beautiful and I love it!!
