I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from for RM ATV. I've been ordering from them for years with only minor issues that were quickly addressed. All the people I ride with order almost exclusively from RM and I've never heard a single complaint. Great prices, three day shipping on orders above a certain $$ price level and excellent customer service. I'll remain loyal until they give me reason to think otherwise.

Wow there are a lot of people complaining about Rocky Mountain can't see why I've been dealing with them for about 4years now and have not had one problem it's a great place to shop and the prices are the best around I stop shopping at my local dealer ship because they could not beat rocky Mountain prices great place to shop recommend it to everybody....this is for all you cry babies

I have ordered a great deal from this website and have only had good experiences. I am confused by the bad reviews that I see in here because the worst thing about them for me was waiting on the phone for customer service, who always end up being very helpful and friendly. The return policy is also much better than revzillas and I have exchanged hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise with no trouble.

Wow people are being harsh... I've used this site for years and absolutely love it. Im always amazed at how they get there items to me in 3 days or less even when using free shipping. Spent lots of money here. Fast delivery, OEM parts and diagrams are wonderful

I have always gotten good service from RMATV. This particular order is a screw up by FedEx. They have posted on their tracking site that my order has been put on the delivery truck two days in a row. This has been a little different than their usual poor service. From now on I will call and ask the business who they are shipping by and if it is FedUp I'll not order or cancel my order from that merchant.

Had a problem with delivery but they are now making it right. Thank you.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I'm not going to try to assume why. I will, however, share my experience.I had never even heard of Rocky Mountain ATV MC until I was shopping for the cheapest prices on motorcycle tires for my Yamaha V-Star. I found this company on google and decided to give them a try since they had the tires I wanted that were the cheapest anywhere (Amazon, various motorcycle stores online and physical, dealers, etc.). I purchased a Dunlop K555 rear tire and a Dunlop Elite 4 front tire. Their website said "4 left in stock" for one of the tires (I cannot remember) and they would ship tomorrow. Two days later I noticed neither had shipped, so I called the company. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. They asked how my day was, talked with me about my bike and even called a guy in the warehouse while I was on the phone to find out why they hadn't shipped. They explained to me why the tires had not shipped, and I can promise it was a legitimate reason. They advised me they would ship the next day, and they did. I received the tires two days later in perfect condition, and well packaged to protect during shipping. They even sent a great tire guide for motorcycle tires that explains everything about motorcycle tires and a chart with the appropriate pressures for different weight bikes. They were also shipped FedEx, not OnTrac. Overall, My experience was great and I will definitely buy from this company again. I would have given 4 stars because I felt like they should have notified me first about the delay in shipping. But again, a simple call to their customer service and they were not only happy to explain the situation instead of making something up, but they were also very personable. So I give 5 stars.

Astonished to read the negative reviews, I've been buying parts for various bikes and riding gear from RMATV/MC for more than 5 years, absolutely never had a problem, always impressed by fast delivery of well packed and accurate orders! Bought an IMS fuel tank than leaked, RMATV asked me to cut in half and email photos, they had a replacement tank to me in Australia in a few days...absolutely fantastic! Cheers, Simon J.

I've used these guys for year and have spent thousands. Always reliable and almost always the best price out there. Their customer service has always been great and shipping his been timely. It seems a lot of the recent reviews aren't taking into consideration that the entire country is a little chaotic due to the COVID-19 responses. A lot of folks are placing online orders because dealerships are closed, and shipping companies aren't able to keep with with demand because of extra health measures. Don't let these bad reviews steer you away. RMATV/MC is still one of the best places to order parts. In all honesty, it's a same local dealers can't provide the customer service that an primarily on-line venture can provide.

Initially the in store manager was pretty uncooperative as they shipped me a package with multiple missing parts. However, after emailing warranty they promptly got me my missing parts free of charge so i commend them for that and made for a better experience. Whoever is in charge of warranty is a good man should run the whole company.
