I have to say I have only had excellent service so far from REOLINK. I sent them an email detailing the problem, they very promply replied suggesting various things to try and resolve the issue. Sadly none of these have worked and they have offered a replacement camera.This has to be the best support team I HAVE EVER had to communicate with - helpful, prompt, knowledgable. Reading the poor reviews earlier I find it hard I am dealing with the same company. Greart work REOLINK, keep up the great work!

Let me start off by saying, I was a little apprehensive when I bought my first Reolink camera off of Amazon. Let's just say I was still recovering from the shock of finding out I had been scammed out of more than $4,000 after buying what I thought was a FLIR home security system only to find out it was fake upon arrival and the website I had purchased it from (flir-security.net) was no longer up.Anywho, when the Reolink camera arrived, I was taken aback by the top-notch build quality that you often won't even find in high-end super expensive systems. The installation was also super easy and the mounting template which comes in the box even specifies the correct drill bit size, which was a godsend for me, since this is my first time installing a DIY security system. About 2 weeks after installing the first camera, I purchased an entire system from Reolink and had it installed. The best part is the original camera I purchased works with the NVR so I didn't have to uninstall it.I recently had a small problem where one of my cameras wouldn't connect to the NVR and I contacted their support. The agent who helped me was super friendly and solved my issue very quickly. The only downside is the support agents are located in Germany and some don't speak the best English ever, but you can almost always understand what they're saying.I would genuinely recommend these cameras to anyone in the market for a home security system. I'd even recommend getting these over many higher-end brands.

I have been using Reolink E1 Zoom for a week and the experience is so nice! The App is easy to set up and friendly to newbies like me. The video quality is impressive even in dark.
