My Gabrielle parfum bottle broke and I contacted Chanel to complain. They replaced the perfume and to thank me for my patience while they investigated the cause of the breakage are now sending another product of my choice. And they chased me to offer that. Great customer service.

A lovely experience in Chanel Boutique at Castlereagh Street, Sydney. Wasn't there to buy the infamous Chanel bag but to sort out other products. Greeted with friendliness and great customer service given by the female fashion advisor who attended to me.

This has been my go-to lipstick for its color, formula and staying power. Perfect neutral pink!

Excellent it is worth paying a tenner more. Great service, delivery, freebies, packaging. I realised it’s always best pay the full price and get the products in tip top conditions, rather than waiting for 10% discounts at JL, Debenhams or other websites and get your stuff squashed or don’t get it at all.

Ordered some make-up online because the products I wanted were not available in any store in my neighbourhood (and unfortunately no Chanel store closeby). I will never buy Chanel products anywhere else anymore accept for directly from Chanel, because the service is amazing! Something went wrong with the address on the package and the company Chanel ships with did everything they could to get it delivered to my home address as fast as possible. Then the package came, what a surprise! I didn’t even order anything that expensive, but the products came with some perfume samples and a little velvet lipstick bag, so cute! Chanel definitely wants to make every package special and pays attention to detail.

Wear and tear on my chanel wallet and wanted to make use of their replating service. It was extremely difficult and instead of asking you in one go we went through 10 separate questions until i really couldnt be bothered. Maybe that was their plan?

I have never made a purchase from Chanel apart from skincare products and for my birthday I really wanted to invest in a timeless piece and something I have wanted for a long time. I knew from spending months online it was a Chanel Boy handbag I was interested in. Myself and my mum made the day trip to Chanel in Selfridges Manchester to share what would be a lovely experience and it is all thanks to Eve who served us. As I was going to be spending a lot of money, I wanted to be sure that this was the item I definitely wanted. I explained my dress style and what I liked about the Chanel Boy handbag, Eve was then able to give me some other recommendations of similar style of bags and brought out a selection of bags. There was nothing that was too much trouble as I tried on several bags, in various styles and sizes, but I finally narrowed it down to two. She explained to me about the history of Chanel and how the styles have evolved over time. She had great product knowledge and as a customer buying for the first time, this is something you look for when purchasing so then you can ask as many questions as you like.After some time both myself and my mum decided we needed to go for a coffee to discuss the bags and be sure this was the one I definitely wanted before parting with such a large amount of money. Eve offered to open a bottle of champagne for us, which was a really nice thing to do and went above our expectations. I cannot reccommend her enough as her passion and genuine customer care was exceptional along with her product and brand knowledge. The store itself, they are one of the only boutiques within Selfridges that have an in-store security guard who was a little bit abrupt when I tried to take a picture of the handbag I had been trying on. I understand why, but I am a paying customer and paying a large sum of money. I didn’t have any interactions with any of the other staff so cannot comment. Great experience and if this review ever gets back to Eve, thank you so much for making my birthday a lovely experience. Abbie Alty
