Personal Creations Free Shipping Not Working May 2022

Just talked to Shanice about an order for our new granddaughter bench with puzzle she was so nice and told me it should be there May 1. Read customer reviews I was impressed with her and would give her 5 stars. Thank you again Shanice.

I ordered the hugs & Kisses Monkeys, and the You Name It signature bowls. Saw all these negative reviews after I ordered and I am so worried. Ordered those on FEB 7 2020, received a UPS tracking number but its not valid, so I call customer service Feb 8,2020. The agent told me not to worry, the items are on the way. I received the items on FEB 12. The items are great and I love them!

I got a gift from my cousin . The photos looked dark on the canvas and they made a free replacement for me right away! Great customer service and very friendly staff! I’m very happy!

I am impressed with Personal Creations. I ordered a wonderful set of anniversary gifts from Personal Creations on 12/29 and paid for expedited shipping so the gifts would arrive before our anniversary. The shipment was due to arrive 12/31 but it did not. I waited until after New Year's day and called Personal Creations to find out, from a wonderfully nice customer service rep, that the package had not left their facility. She further explained that it may not arrive until the following week. I was a bit snotty with her, but she kept her cool, and I asked her to cancel the order. She was very polite and very professional and did as I asked. Friday was our anniversary and to my surprise, a package showed up on our doorstep with the gifts for my wife. We opened the package and my wife was so thrilled with the quality and the inscriptions we decided to keep them. I called Personal Creations to pay for the gifts, and the same wonderful woman who I spoke with earlier answered the phone and told me that I did not have to pay, that it was their mistake, and she told me and my wife she wished us both a wonderful anniversary. I do not know who the woman was on the other end of the phone but I will give Personal Creations kudos for hiring and training highly professional customer service reps. I know I will purchase again from Personal Creations in the future and I will refer friends and family to them as well.

The photo dog tag I ordered for my nephew came and it was damaged and PersonalCreations sent a new one. It came a day early and is perfect!

This is my follow up review. I received the corrected blanket and it is fine. I had received an email from Tonya and she gave me the option of a refund or a new blanket. The solution for this company would be for them to send out a confirmation email with the personalization details before shipment. They had to send me 3 blankets to get it right!

I was looking for a websites with unique gift items early this February for occasions Valentine's day , birthday, and our wedding anniversary. And these website personal creations came first when I search through Google (In short this is my first).I found a set of coins that you can personalized the year and so with keychain . When I added it in my cart , they have separate shipment cost and feels like instead of saving , I end up paying more for the shipment. I called customer service and she tells me because they have separate locations. And it ended me to get only the coin collection. And get some of the items to a different website.After all those things I ordered online, I sit down but remembered, I admit I made a mistake of ordering the year of the coins. Instead of 1958, it was 1968. So, I called customer service again informing them I made a mistake ( no place online to edit your order). She said It can't be done since it was in shipment status. ( just an hour? An your order is shipment status? Some websites they give you 24 hours or you can edit your order.She called technical support to do an override (she's very helpful , I don't mind that she put me on hold) but failed to do so. What she did was to send me a complimentary with the correct year on it. I ended up getting two for the price of one. And when I received it on my hand both were 1958. The schedule to arrived were on the 12 of Feb, but I received it earlier than that.If I categorized the star ratings ...Customer service 5 star very helpfulWebsite set up - 3 star ( the order does not communicate with shipment)Item Price - 3 star - costly unless if you search for coupons Shipping price - 3 star - costly but they send you to another website for registration (with registration fee) to get a rebate.

This was the first time I ordered Picture Perfect round ornaments and was unsure how they would turn out. When I received them they were exactly how I hoped they would be. The images were sharp and the ornaments were larger than expected. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!Debra C.

I have ordered many gifts from Personal Creations and every time it was accurate and of great quality. I had to call customer service once from an item being broken obviously from the delivery truck since the box was ripped, crushed and half open on arrival. The representative from Personal Creations was extremely apologetic, friendly and helpful. Within minutes, a new order was completed, a confirmation email was sent and at no charge to me at all. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are definitely my go-to gift giving store!

Love their great selection and quick turnaround

My husband recently ordered two canvas prints for me for Christmas and my birthday. The dates were wrong on both..my husbands big fingers hit the wrong numbers. I didn't want to tell him because I knew they were expensive and I didn't want him to be upset, so I emailed Personal creations customer service and Mark P. was awesome! He saw that my husband accidentally put the wrong dates, and offered to send not one but both of the canvas prints with the correct dates FOR FREE! As a courtesy, and then still apologized even though it was my husbands mistake! This is the best customer service I've ever dealt with regarding an online order and I will definitely recommend them to everyone as well as purchase more from them! Thank you personal creations! I can't wait to hang up these amazing canvas prints in our new home!

Thank you for such a great product. It has been a wonderful addition to my wall. It's gorgeous and fits perfectly with my color scheme! I can't believe how easy the site is to use! I typed names and birthdays that's it! I found it amazing that you can see exactly what you're ordering right from your computer or phone before you even add it to your cart.
