On Sunday Feb.2nd. My husband and I went to OB on Lavista Rd. In Decatur Ga. I ordered steak back. Potato and salad. He ordered. Shrimp, lobster and crab cake. It was a combo. I had to send my steak back. It wasn't well done. But for the price it wasn't that tender. The waitress said. I think the. Filet mignon. was the best. The small round steak. But for the prices I thought they all should be. Plus we waited like 30 min. When the bill came It was 83.00!. I was very disappointed. Because I paid it and the food wasn't that good. Oh my husband's food was cold

Just wanted to take a minute and share my experience with the outback steakhouse in Richmond Kentucky. Most will write a review if they had an issue. I had the greatest experience ever. The manager John, took my call. I live 2.4 miles outside of their delivery area. He offered to meet me in the parking lot at the dollar general store. As we live out in the country. This made a great date night for my wife and I. Thank you John for going above and beyond. We will not forget this act of kindness. Look forward to being able to thank you in person, when we will be able to dine in again. Again thank you. You made our evening.

Not happy with the order.
Wr were not happy with a lot of the items.The steaks and potatoes were good. They forgot a cheesecake and we asked for extra carmel we only got a little bit in a tiny plastic cup. My salad had chunks of the hard core in it and wilted lettuce. They should also mention the blooming onions will arrive wilted and soggy.

My family decided ti have dinner at the Outback on rivers ave in Charleston SC on yesterday. 03/06/2020. We were having a GREAT FAMILY TIME. Our server Olivia was GREAT. The problem came when one of Olivia's customers got angry, and begin to belittle her, curse at her. He asked for a Manager. Instead of the Manager coming to the defense of his employee and ask the customer to leave. He appeared to side with the rude customer. Then they tried to change my server. This was a very poor managerial choice. As a Manager I will Never let any Customer belittle one of my employees. NEVER!!!!!!!!

Making an anniversary special during Covid-19
When I ordered from Outback for my parents' 59th anniversary during the COVID-19 pandemic, I had no idea I would have the opportunity to "meet" Tyrone, the manager of the establishment. Somehow, probably through my own error, my order did not actually reach his restaurant. When Tyrone heard that my parents were missing their anniversary dinner which was to have been delivered, he was eager to make the situation right for them. Not only did he ensure steaks arrived as ordered, but he also sent a dessert to add to their celebration.
