Making an anniversary special during Covid-19
When I ordered from Outback for my parents' 59th anniversary during the COVID-19 pandemic, I had no idea I would have the opportunity to "meet" Tyrone, the manager of the establishment. Somehow, probably through my own error, my order did not actually reach his restaurant. When Tyrone heard that my parents were missing their anniversary dinner which was to have been delivered, he was eager to make the situation right for them. Not only did he ensure steaks arrived as ordered, but he also sent a dessert to add to their celebration. Many thanks to Tyrone and the staff at Outback in Snellville, Georgia, for rendering this very generous, personalized service to my parents on their special day. Outback in Snellville has won my trust and continues to earn my business through this kind and effective customer service.

Outback in Rock Hill
Outback in Rock Hill, SC is an AWESOME place to eat. The food and service is worth the wait. While the inside is closed I’ve ordered delivery for our law firm and that was AMAZING! Everything was delivered and it was warm and looked as if they were delivering to the restaurant table (like eating inside the restaurant) and again as I picked up food I noticed they were taking extra steps to keep everyone safe during this time of need. The food was AWESOME as usual! Thank you to everyone at Outback in Rock Hill, SC ❤️

So where do I start? Our office went to lunch here and we had an amazing experience. Everything was good from service, to parking, to the food. The manager Augie & Deandre (hopefully I am spelling it correct) coming to the table, was a extra sweet slice of the cake. The two gentlemen were very professional, clean cut & dress good. I enjoy Outback, but this location is amazing. I am going to make this my new location, love it here!

Just wanted to take a minute and share my experience with the outback steakhouse in Richmond Kentucky. Most will write a review if they had an issue. I had the greatest experience ever. The manager John, took my call. I live 2.4 miles outside of their delivery area. He offered to meet me in the parking lot at the dollar general store. As we live out in the country. This made a great date night for my wife and I. Thank you John for going above and beyond. We will not forget this act of kindness. Look forward to being able to thank you in person, when we will be able to dine in again. Again thank you. You made our evening.

Best so far!!
We ordered for pick up on a Friday evening. I received a text saying it would be ready by 5-5:15, when I arrived at 5:10 there were 3 or 4 cars already there, someone came out almost immediately to confirm my order and let me know it would be about 10 more minutes. I’m not sure how much longer it was, but they were nothing but professional and courteous. I for one am extremely thankful for such service. My husband and I have ordered from several places over the past 6wks, all places that we’ve gone to many times before. We both agree that this meal was the best. The steaks were done just right and the salads were fresh and crisp with a nice size portion. The only thing I could possibly find to have an issue with is the lack of choices for sides as the only green vegetable available was a salad. I understand though due to the need to provide a limited menu. We will most definitely be ordering from here again should we not be able to dine in anytime soon.

Went to OUTBACK in METAIRIE ,La.on Valentine day. The Onion Ring was terrible.I think it was cook in old oil,greasy and burnt. The steak was tough.Don't know if I will go back.

My wife and I had takeout from the Outback on Oxford Valley Rd. In Langhorn, PA. It was excellent. The Ribeye was cooked perfect, and was very tender, and so was my Wife's Filet. Everything was perfect, we.will going back !!!
