MVMT FOREVER!i am a watch lover and when my mvmt watch came i was so happy because i knew that is was perfect for me. The look of the product is amazing, so futuristic ( I bought the black leather), the colors match with EVERYTHING and the simplicity makes the watch so fancy and pretty to put in your wrist. The website explain every detail of the product and also has pictures of people using the watch, so it helps to get a reference for when you buy a watch. I love MVMT watches. I have 2 watches and 3 straps so I basically have 6 different watches!

I ordered a watch from the website; however, when I went to proceed to my payment somehow the website pulled all my information from something called “shop pay” and automatically completed the order. The problem was the shop pay information was outdated and the watch was being shipped to an old address. I was unable to edit the order so I immediately contacted mvmt support. Herald was unable to make the correction to be shipped to my proper address due to system limitations. However, understanding the error was within their internal system, Herald processed a brand new order for me free of charge and promptly shipped it to my correct address. I tried to intercept the initial order from UPS so that I could send the second watch back to MVMT as I appreciated their customer service, but UPS would not allow me to intercept the package unfortunately. I apologize to MVMT for having to take the loss on the product, but I am very appreciative for them correcting the issue for me. Due to the excellent customer service and amazing product, I will gladly purchase another watch in the future from MVMT. I have researched shop pay and was able to deactivate the account so hopefully this issue doesn’t happen next time. Thank you Herald and thank you MVMT! I have obsessed over your watches for quite some time and I look forward to continuing business in the future. I highly recommend MVMT!

Great experience.I have previously order a watch that I like. Now, I placed an order for another watch, they had an offer with the purchase of a watch you get an extra strap free. I forgot to choose the extra strap and email them, they responded within an hour and the customer service (Harold) was excellent, he fixed my order an got my strap. Thank you. I will recommend MVMT

I contacted customer service to cancel an order for a refund within 11 minutes of placing it, but was declined.The representative asked me to receive the parcel first, and reach out again to learn about the process for a refund.It was a disappointment and pain to deal with this company.Update on January 3rd: A supervisor from MVMT Support reached out, apologized politely and processed a refund. I have received email confirmations and a notice that the refund will arrive on January 10th via the original payment method. I will update again once it arrives.Update on January 9th: I’ve received a notification that refund has been received. I’m changing the rating from 1 star to 4 star for MVMT’s efforts in resolving the issue and professionalism. I’m overall pleased with the experience. I think MVMT cared about their reputation and did their best to resolve the issue and make me happy.
