I use Stitch Fix on demand, usually once every quarter or so. My stylist, Lauren, does a great job and on this last box I kept all 5 items. The prices are comparable with high end department stores (Nordstroms, Dillards, etc) but getting my Stitch Fix box in the mail is so much more enjoyable than spending 2 hours in the mall trying to find things that are my size and look good on me. I love their petite options; their jeans always fit great! I'm definitely a fan!

I just received my first shipment of clothes, and i really liked what i received. Everything i got fit, was stylish, and seemed to be good quality. I bought 2/5 of the items due to personal issues with the clothes (i don’t like knees holes in my jeans but they did fit perfectly, can’t wear high heels due to my tall height, and i don’t need long sleeve t-shirt’s in southern california). BUT, everything i received was super cute, and i definitely will be ordering another box.

After giving a lot of thought I decided and ordered my first Fix. Everything went very smoothly. I left a message to my stylist after doing my profile to give a bit of background about my job...etc, and a few days later I got my box. Amazing. Things I had never thought of getting myself, but obviously the algorithm works!!! Price is very good, as you can set a limit on how much you want to spend, and you also decide how many Fixes you want and when.You just pay £10 when you order, but this is discounted if you buy anything. Easy to check out. And then simply send back in the same box, for free, what you don't want to keep.Great idea. Give it a try, you will love it!!

Received my first box this week and fell in love with this service. I hate shopping and always struggle finding clothes I like. With stitchfix I have no troubles. The info entered in before the purchase secured that all pieces I received were made of materials I like and were nicely fitting. Keeping 3/5 items from the first box and even though I dont think I will order another one soon, just because I don’t need that many new items, I really like the service and will definitely use it again when I’ll need sth new.

I got my first box from stitch fix today and I am so happy I did! I was honestly very skeptical because I'm hard to make happy! Half of what I pick out for myself when I'm shopping, I don't like once I get to the dressing room. They listened to everything I said right down to sending me a blazer and black skinny jeans! I specifically asked for them and they sent them! Everything was of excellent quality and brand too! I am a little disappointed that the prices are so high on everything. It's rare that I will EVER spend $100 for one clothing item (unless for a formal event) but rarely, if EVER for a pair of jeans or a blouse. I liked everything they sent except the earrings which were tiny little silver studs for $38. Nope! So, unimpressed by the jewelry but I think they will do better next time now that I've specified that I like larger earrings and silver hoops. Anyhow, I'm trying to figure out now what I can afford to keep and it's tough! I want it all! But there is no way I can spend that much on a few items for "casual wear." Stylist did an excellent job though and will be ordering more.

I have been a subscriber for 4 months now and I look forward to getting my email that says, "Your Fix is on the way!!" The first 2 were a little off from my style profile but the last 2 were SPOT ON! The prices on the things I receive are very reasonable. The most I have spent on a fix was 178.00 and that was because I sent something back. It is cheaper to keep everything and get the 25% off. My last fix was 130.00. I love that you can change the frequency of your fixes at any time. Thank you!

I’ve been with Stitch Fix for almost a year now and I love it!! The clothing is expensive, but it’s always excellent quality. I have taken advantage of every tool possible that Stitch Fix gives you to help bridge the connection with you and your stylist. I am so happy with my stylist I’ve kept her and never changed, but you do have that option. I’ve created style boards with specific notes of my likes and dislikes per complete style that I selected in order to help my stylist know me better. I’ve communicated through a note to your stylist. In my notes I make sure I tell her as much as I can about me, my hobbies and the type of clothes I’m looking for being as specific as I can, also adding verbs like classy, comfortable, elegant casual look, flirty, etc. After my purchase I let her know she’s done a fantastic job! Her notes to me with my Fix is always pleasant and she connects with me on my requests and why she chose certain items for me. The best feature they have is I get to choose when and how often I receive a Fix. They can be expensive if you are on a budget, and I’ve written to them about that and they are working on ways to help customers like me. You also can send everything back at no charge to you on shipping within 3 days, but they will charge you $20 fee for your stylist. They also have a shop feature where they show your item you purchased with other items that you can purchase with no stylist fee and free shipping. You can choose every month, every three months or skip your fix. That feature helps out a lot! Every box comes with 5 items for a certain range of payment, and I would love to have the option to manage my payment by reducing my Fix to a minimum of three items. Other than that one bump, I love my Stitch Fix!

This is such a great idea that I almost signed up without reading any reviews. What I am seeing is a lot of disappointment. Customer service is sympathetic and the company responses on this website encourage dissatisfied customers to give them another try. However, it seems to be a lot of lip service. You know where things are going wrong. Fix it. Do what you promise. There are so many of us who hate to shop and/or don't have time. Hell, I'd pay more than $20 a month to get clothes that look good on me that I don't have to shop for. If you do this right, the sky is the limit. If not, these reviews will sink you. I'll be watching and if you can make some needed changes, sign me up.
