Gorgeous clothes - great company
Great quality clothes- I love the way they fit together season on season. They are wardrobe classics with a cool twist -perfect for work and home. Good customer service- the returns can take a while but this has improved of late. I would buy all my clothes at Meandem if I could!

The top I bought is quite nice, if pricey.Sadly, I forgot to use my ‘1st time purchase’ voucher offering 15% off and, when I rang and asked if this could be honoured, it was refused.I was told that I could redeem it with a second purchase, but the system does not accept it as it is a second order, not a first.All in all, not the best customer service I have encountered.

Beautiful well made pieces, reasonably priced with an eye to sustainability
I've bought three pieces from this company - two gorgeous jumpers and a simple, sleek, well-fitting tee shirt. One jumper has an ingenious detachable polo neck so you can wear it two ways. The other is a jewel-coloured cashmere number that washes well. I love that the clothes are designed with an eye to wearing forever and not just for a few seasons. And the packaging is all sustainable. Finally, the prices are reasonable.

Online ordering issue
I tried to place an order online but the link for shipping wasn't working. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. It took a day to get the issue resolved. The person I spoke to was great about following up and kindly provided a small discount on my purchase because of the delay. I really appreciated the great service and the discount was an unexpected but nice gesture.

Positives: good delivery and returns. Clothes are generally well made and very wearable. Cons:- Not enough choices for petites. There are no long dresses for petite sizes meaning shorter people must go for knee length dresses only. This is disappointing. Trousers are better as there are cropped styles.- Customer service in-store is variable. Have found staff in the Kings road and NH branches helpful. Brook Street quite snooty and a frosty atmosphere - it is better to cross the road and go to the concession in Selfridges. - Prices have gone up quite a bit as they have become more well known. A victim of its own success unfortunately.

Love...with reservations
I loved the dobby shirt but it was too tight across the back (first time I've had this problem with sizing) so am returning it. I really love the wide-leg jeans - very flattering cut. My irritation, in a kind of batteries not included way, is that they are too long for me. I'm 5'7 so not exactly short, but I don't wear heels. The jeans are a good 3" too long so I'll have to take them up which is a real pain, especially in this price bracket. I understand the financial implications of producing different leg lengths but I do think this is an ongoing issue. I've sent things back before because I can't be bothered/don't want to risk shortening them!
