Delivery was very slow.

Bought a LENOVO LEGION Y540 and it is awesome. May improve the Laptop Body Material, and hopefully, they use aluminum not plastic. The hinge improved a lot, and is very smooth. The Webcam is placed a little lower. Other than that, no other issues so far. A beautiful laptop.

Ovviamente sono sempre laptop e bisogna trattarli con cura. - SPEDIZIONE: la spedizione ha rispettato i tempi indicati sul sito: 1-3 giorni per lavorare l'ordine e 2-8 giorni per la spedizione. La spedizione purtroppo dipende dal corriere e non più da Lenovo.- RESISTENZA: TUTTI i computer hanno bisogno di pulizie periodiche. È normale che il dispositivo inizi a rallentare se l'utilizzo che se ne fa non è indicato. Ho un computer di 8 anni e ancora funziona. Sturdy hinges and a nice solid shake. Maybe the trackpad seems delicate but it could be just impression. Of course they are always laptops and you have to treat them with care. - SHIPPING: The shipment respected the time indicated on the site: 1-3 days to process the order and 2-8 days for shipping. Shipping unfortunately depends on the courier and no longer on Lenovo.- RESISTANCE: ALL computers need periodic cleaning. It is normal for the device to start slowing down if it is not used as intended. I have an 8 year old computer and it still works. I only bought a new one because new software for university requires more computing power = new processor.- ASSISTANCE / WARRANTY: I can't say anything about it because fortunately I haven't had the pleasure to contact you yet, nor to use the warranty.- FACTORY DEFECTS: I have not found any defect and I am aware that there could have been. - WEBSITE: the website is well presented, clear, simple and immediate.Maybe the order section should be reviewed, but nothing tragic.

I love my Lenovo family bundle! I bought a Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop and there was an offer online for a more powerful version so I chose that one, it also shipped faster which was an added bonus. I am not tech savvy so I am sorry, I can't provide any more details. I also bought a Legion gaming mouse, Legion Stereo Headphones and the back pack. I also purchased some of the software packages and the customer care package. Ironically, it wasn't until I eagerly went to write a review about my new love that I read all the bad reviews about Lenovo. 3 months down the track, my lap top works brilliantly and I am so happy with it.It looks great, very stylish and has the numeric keypad with the blue backlighting. The one drawback is the lid is made of plastic. This is an area I think Lenovo could improve on. When I think of everything I bought, it only cost me approx $1,900.I do use it for gaming and it handles itself really well. It's just an awesome piece of hardware that looks really cool as well.

I ordered a yoga tablet online several months ago and it is great! I am thinking of getting more products from Lenovo. My daughter has been using it for so much it is impossible to list all the capabilities, although many apps do not work there is usually a similar app that can do the same thing. The projector feature is fun although it heats the tablet up a lot. When we got stuck doing online school due to coronavirus this tablet has allowed us to avoid purchasing a full size pc or laptop. She can do most, if not all, of her school on the tablet.

An outstanding choice if you`re looking for working devices. Those are not well-built for, lets say, hard entertainment, but for work purposes those are ideally balanced and show really good results.

T14 still has a sensble keyboard you can swap- Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 (Gen2) docking station has so many technical flaws such as deafening 3.5mm speaker buzzing, I am starting to believe someone is (intentionally) mixing recreational drugs into the Lenovo office's water supply- Nobody from Lenovo reads or acknowledges customer feedback- No full Thunderbolt 3 PCIe lanes with many ThinkPads, making it impossible to use external graphics cards (eGPU)- It took Lenovo nearly 7 years to bring out the X1 Nano, the actual rival to the Dell XPS 13 series- No 32GB RAM option for solvered models- No Dual Channel with soldered RAM- Non-ThinkPads such as Legion, Yoga etc. ThinkBook have very bad keyboards but often better specs and newer, faster hardware- Disgracefully bad quality control even with their high end laptops deapite being released 6-9 months after main competitors:My X1 Extreme (i7-8750H, 32GB, GTX 1050 Ti) is supposed to reach 1000-1100 points in Cinebench 15, but my model reached only 800 with default paste and 860 after applying ThermalGrizzly Kryonaut Extreme- Many chassis are prone to oil and body fat unlike brushed aluminium chassis used with Dell XPS (good performance, uncomfortable keyboard) or HP EliteBooks (average performance, average keyboard)- USB C charger not as flexible as detachable 2m Macbook USB C cable- Windows 10 Home/Pro key not saved or printed anywhere, and I need to download the Lenovo Windows 10 ISO containing all kinds of unnecessary bloatware

I checked the quote online and it had multiple mistakes in the configuration, but it did state active until Friday night. Six emails back and forth all week to get it right. Finally, when it does come in right, on Thursday the quote says 'Rejected'. I email the person I am dealing with and get an auto response that they are sick and to contact their backup.

I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews here, but ended up placing an online order at Lenovo.Shipping was fast & above all transparent. The order itself (laptop Legion 5) is of much better quality than expected. So far I am very satisfied with Lenovo & would definitely recommend at this point.*No experience with their support since I have no problems (yet). Will update should that ever be the case.----> Update <----In the meantime, I've had 2 major quality issues:1.) Speakers didn't work after plugging headphones in & out. Apparently a known issue, installing a driver from another Lenovo series solved it (for now).2.) The letters & numbers of the keyboard suddenly stopped working. All other keys kept working. Also a known issue apparently... Rebooting worked (for now), but many users report that this will happen more often and that replacing the keyboard is absurdly expensive.

Lenovo flex 5 14" 2 in 1 - great value for the price, but wouldn't use it as a main laptop especially if you're into gaming or heavy video editing. Perfect for study and work.
