I purchased Christmas gifts online from kohls.com on 12/02/2019, on 12/13/2019 I received an email that my packet was delivered, I immediately checked my front porch and there was Kohl's_

Kim in Customer Service at the Webster location was the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've had some previous experiences with other employees that didn't seem to care as much as Kim did. Thank you Kim for turning a potential bad experience into a positive one !

I always use Khols.com but not again. I would give no stars if possible. It makes no sense to me. The phone system is awful and doesnt always work so you have to make several attempts to speak to some and than answer numerous questions. So you repeat and repeat because of the language barrier. I placed an order and immediately realize I had the package shipped to my daughter in WA. I immediately called back and the system disconnected so I called back again. The Rep went through all these questions only to tell me he could not change the order or cancel the order it was already process I promise you it was not 10 minutes. Nothing moves that fast. I called back spoke with a Supervisor and she gave me the same story. I Received an email stating I could go get the package once it delivered in WA or tell the resident not to accept it. Once it received in whatever dept, I will get my credit. Lets see how long it will take to get credit on my acct since they work so fast processing orders. There needs to be a better system in place. Khols Customer Service is whack.

My sales person was so kind and went way above to help me.helped me with my app and i was able to save more money. I was so pleased with the service i got.

I gave a 4 because the website is slow, otherwise the service is excellent. Usually everything fits, but if something doesn't fit or isn't as I expected it is easy to do in-store returns. I shop at Kohl's online and in the store and have never had a bad experience.

I have friends and family who work at kohl’s and they said no one ever bought my pillows so they decide to sell what they have and not rebuy now everyone calls there stores complaining and calling them communist cause kohl’s isn’t selling it maybe people should open there eyes if you would of bought it in the first it wouldn’t of been pulled it has nothing to do with politics and I’m disgusted how people can call the stores and be rude to teenagers who work there cause it’s a job to them

They don’t have a contact # on their page. So by the time you find it, after googling it for 30 mins, & you call them, they say it’s “too late” to make any modifications! Wth?I Know I put “ship to me”, & they’re still shipping it to the store, 45mins to 1 hour from where I live. & I don’t want them to cancel it! -The only other option! & I wanted to change the color of a shirt. Should be simple. But nope! Wth?you only have 15 mins to modify an order-even tho, you can NOT find their contact # to do so! & do NOT fall for the “sending u $10” BS! It’s a scam! They’ll charge u $15/month! & they aren’t even associated with Kohl’s. TG I read the fine print before clicking “yes” & “send”.I love buying “Elizabeth & James” clothes, when I can. They’re the ‘only’ clothes I don’t buy at GoodWill. Seriously. I just wish the buying experience wasn’t so unpleasant. This happened the last time I ordered something from them. I don’t want to have to drive an hour away to get my shirt. Plus, pay the S&H fees. Like I’ll have to do in the future. JS. (I prob won’t buy anything in the future online.) They should have free shipping all the time. It’s the only way I’ll ever order anything online. & I don’t do credit cards. Being debt-free is awesome! But KUDOS on NOT SELLING “MYPILLOW”!! That guy sucks. & so does his products. I hate “my pillow”. Threw mine out after I heard he was supporting Trump & his bigoted cronies!

I was shopping at Kohls on John R and 14 mile on Sunday March 27th. The cashier was so helpful, her name is Janice. She actually took the time to show me on my phone how to get a coupon that saved me money. It was very nice to have a pleasant person waiting on me. Thank you Janice.
