It seems like people only use this site to share their negative experiences. Satisfied customers are probably in the 80% range, making the stats here extremely lopsided.Take it from me, I have ordered more Sears and Kmart merchandise online in the last year than most people will their entire lifetimes--close to 650 orders in the last 8 months and counting. I dropship items from Sears and Kmart to my customers that buy from my Shopify store.About 98% of my orders have tracking numbers provided to me within 2 business days. Every once in a while, however the items I purchase most often will ship from a random store location and that's when the customer sometimes says they received the wrong merchandise, whether it's the wrong size, color etc. which can be a pain. Sure, you have to hound the online chat reps a bit on Sears to ensure your refund is processed after the customer sends the item back, but it's always been a fairly straightforward process. Stock does not seem to be getting replenished and selection is slowly dwindling as Sears goes down the toilet(?), but both Sears and Kmart are still doing about as good as any other major retailer as far as order fulfillment, shipping times and defect rate is concerned. I'm tempted to give them 4 stars, but gave 3 because they're about even with the rest of their competitors in my experience. I've been making a good part-time income as a reseller of Sears and Kmart merchandise, so I'm grateful to be helping give them business at their asking prices even though their downfall at this point seems inevitable. As a supplier, they've been flexible and consistent. If I get a bad chat rep that isn't helpful, I give them a negative evaluation after the chat, start another session and share my negative experience with the next rep. Usually the second chat rep is apologetic and I get my demands met after they take a look at my order history. I've had very good luck with Sears and wish them the best. They've made me a good chunk of money which has helped improve the quality of my life. My customers are also largely satisfied with the merchandise.

I've bought online at Sears.com multiple times. I've never had a problem. One time, an item didn't fit. I took it into a local store and they refunded my $$ no problems!

I so hope that Sears doesn't go out of business, because I've been a loyal customer for so many years that I used to order out of their catalogs. I still go there for all of my appliance shopping but, also, love their selection of clothing!

I know they have been having some problems, but my order arrived on time and they were the cheapest as well. Never had a problem with them.

I recently had a baby. I usually come to Sears for house hold items or to buy clothes. I was really impressed with the baby clothes and furnishings. I came looking for a certain stroller and they had exactly what I needed. The stroller was in great condition when I opened the packaging at home and was very easy to put together. I can't wait to let my baby use this! Thank you again Sears for always having what we need.

The website is a nightmare to use, but the products the offer a generally well priced.

I went to sears today, in Grande Prairie, ab, after previously going to Home Depot where I received little to no help with purchasing a lawnmower. I m a single female with almost no skill with this sort of appliance so of course I had issues at home as well. Lol! Gloria gave me exceptional help before and after and the loader took it out of the box for me and helped to load it. I had to call the store after a few attempts. They sent Josh to my house, across town and he kindly helped me. I will go to sears over other places as a first choice now. There are few places I know if any that will go to this extent to help a person out. Very grateful!!!
