Excellent customer service
First time booking a holiday with Jet2, easy to book. Given the situation with covid 19, our holiday had to be cancelled or moved. We were kept up to date through emails along the way, given options for moving the holiday. We decided on a refund, i received a phone call and email confirming this, a full refund was given. Very professional and hassle free. Definitely booking a holiday with Jet2 again!

Full refund from Jet2 holidays
We had a holiday booked for 12 April with Jet2 and received a couple of emails saying it was cancelled and would be dealing with in date order. 3 days before departure date we received a full refund of the £1400 without having to contact them. Very impressed in these times when travel companies are receiving such bad reviews.

In the current madness
In the current madness, we expected our holiday to be cancelled.Sure enough it was and we sat back to wait for contact from Jet2.When a charming person from Customer Services contacted us, about a week before the departure date, we expressed a preference for a refund.The money (yes, all of it), was back in our account within a few days.Top Marks Jet2, thank you for not turning a nightmare into something worse. We will definitely book with you again, just as soon as the bluebirds reappear over the White Cliffs!Thank you

Great communication in difficult times
I’m really impressed with how Jet2 handled our cancelled holiday. They communicated continuously for weeks so we didn’t feel ignored at all, we knew they were extremely busy contacting other more urgent customers. When they did phone the lady was absolutely brilliant. I asked for a full refund and received it the following day. When this is all over we will be booking with them straight away. Thank you Jet 2 holidays!

We have been very impressed with the speed with which we received a refund, particularly in the present climate .We were not able to reach them by phone or online chat so put our request in writing as outlined in their terms and conditions and received a refund of our first payment installment within 7 days and the second payment about 10 days later.

Outstanding customer service!
Excellent customer service in such an uncertain time. Jet2 Sent me an email saying our holiday will be cancelled and to wait To be contacted them, so this is what I did, they then contacted me roughly 2 weeks before we were due to go away on the 2nd May. Giving me plenty of options to choose from, we had to opt for a full refund at this moment in time. The lady was very friendly, polite and professional, she confirmed the refund amount and sent an email stating all the information. She said allow between 14-28 days for the refund but it went back into our account in just a few days! Absolutely amazing from the start, Booked the Villa holiday easily, and although a sad end still fantastic customer service. When we next plan to go on holiday I shall definitely be going to these first! Thank you I shall be recommending you to family and friends!

Cancelled holiday..
Just like everyone else my holiday to Turkey in April was cancelled due to COVID19. I received a phone call just before the scheduled departure date from a nice lady who gave me my options - to re-book, receive vouchers or a full refund. As my preferred option was a refund she promised this would be with me within 28 days - today, 20 days later, the money was back in my account. I will definitely use Jet2 again and would like to thank them for dealing with this for me.

Refund processed
Holiday for 23rd May was understanding cancelled. We were annoyed that they then closed phone lines and didn't respond to emails. Received call yesterday (1st May) and I requested a refund. This was processed and I was informed the money will reach my bank within 7 days. A couple of weeks ago I used the manage my booking part of the online system to request a call back about rebooking. The caller was aware of this and I now don't believe their claim to be contacting people in order of departure date.
