I just asked a question about when I get credit for an item that was not in stock and I looked on my computer for all the emails I saved from JCPenney and they did not charge me for that item. So I am good and I am sorry that I didn’t realize and look at that before I wrote to you. I love JCPenney and I hope the stores stay open. I go to the one in Riverdale, Utah. There was only one photographer there to help everyone. They need help and tbis department. Pictures came out great. But once again the wait time is awful

My son broke his titanium wedding band the Specialty Supervisor Cheryl Slatinsky was a excellent help because I had purchased several rings a little over a year earlier, she tracked them down, took my ring back had a new one mailed to my house in a timely manner. Her assistant was great also they both waited on me over a hour but I did not catch his name, anyway this lady should be promoted. She is very knowledgeable about the insurance ( on jewelry) either way I did not have the right paperwork with me and they still gave me respect and trust. We found all my other jewelry purchases before the wedding band purchase but they stayed right with me. Excellent, Excellent service, hats off to you Cheryl !!!!!!!

Need more options for buying items online with in-store pickup. Also, the way they apply coupons and rewards sometimes seems as though the buyer is getting screwed. They need to streamline the coupon/rewards process and make it easier to understand on the receipt and otherwise.

Placed an order with JCPenney back in February 2020. I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Davlin LTD Cushion Firm Pillowtop Mattress Only Product: Queen. I would give the mattress itself 5-stars, but the affiliates that JCP needs to know about is the pathetic customer service who handles their deliveries. Charlotte NC was the delivery city and state and the contracting company of Ryder and Inpax were simply at an all time low. In brief, my order never showed for the scheduled date and no one called to set up another delivery attempt. On the day it was set to arrive, I called for updates as the delivery window had passed and I was thrown around to different people (Ryder & Inpax) who wouldn't give clear explanations or contact information to the drivers delivering my order. As guests were arriving that weekend, the last piece of communication I finally got from the drivers at 6PM was that they were enroute to my home. I stayed up all night just to prove the point that I knew they were not coming to my house by 8PM. First of all, who delivers at that time of night in the month of February? So after reaching back out to Ryder/Inpax they created their own delivery schedule without considering the inconvenience they have placed me in. We go back and forth and finally get another delivery date. Yet, no one could tell me the condition of the product I ordered, since it was enroute to my home at 6PM on the original date. On the second attempt, after the window of delivery passed, I was informed all deliveries were postponed because ONE truck is down. They are a moving company. How on earth can you function in the state of NC and surrounding areas with ONE TRUCK and not have any other affiliates to rent or get a back up truck until your main truck begins to work? So as 2 deaths hit my family, I now have to deal with that, even though that's not their problem, but I cannot provide a bed for family as I couldn't provide lodging for my guests on the original delivery date. Finally the mattress shows after all this drama. JCP offers a small refund for the inconvenience and Ryder, after 3 months of continuous calling for managers, finally sent an I'm sorry gift card. I truly hope JCP reviews who they have contracts with on delivering the products from JCPenney. My experience was horrible!!!

First I have been shopping at JCPenney since my mom would take is as kids that Montgomery Ward and Sears. I have been treated with nothing but respect. They are wonderful that later on in my life i got a job there and worked with the store manager who is just the greatest and if fact all associates treat you with respect. I guess where i am from thats how we are.

I ordered a swimsuit for my niece and it came in the mail quickly and efficiently I am pleased with my experience and purchase.
