The boxes are great. One time I had a broken necklace and they sent me a credit and a new product no problem.My biggest complaint is that their website/technology/platform is usually never working properly. Always an issue whether its the website not loading, customer service not up & running, not being able to click through to live/add ons/ etc... They should really consider updating their back end technology to make a more user friendly/easier experience!

For now I am just commenting on the Customer Service. After a few misunderstandings, my package is now on the way. It took awhile, but Customer Service did get back with me. I am sure they are swamped now. I am excited to get my box, and I know the items in it so I am super excited. For anyone ordering first time, it might take as long as a month or more, be patient and you will be happy in the end.

So many Negative reviews on here that unsure if they are from the same subscription service? I joined Fabfitfun at the beginning of this year and have received the Winter and Spring box so far. Absolutely loved my winter box had lots of different things to try (one of which was an £85 111 skin serum ! ) both boxes had eight items and although the Spring wasn’t quite as exciting still good products worth way above the 49.99 dollar price. As a U.K. member you do have to pay shipping but works out all in about £50! As to my Summer box that I’ve just customised AMAZING choices this time and one of the items I’ve chosen is £105 to buy in the U.K. Personally If your unsure about this box try to find a friend who’s a member and will send you a email that will give you a link for 5 dollar starter box, this normally has four to five full size items inside! Wish I’d got as amazing deal but am sending all my friends x

I wanted to explore subscription boxes last month and ordered the fabfitfun spring box. I agree that I was late to purchasing the box as they usually open for customizations in the month of feb. I was only able to choose from one or two items as the rest were sold out. I contacted customer care to see if they can cancel my box. I was able to cancel my subscription but not the spring box( I contacted a few minutes after I placed the order but they weren't able to cancel from their side.)I received my box in less than two weeks. Packaging was great. the Wander Mascara is amazing! the Donni cardigan is a little too big for me( its just one size) but I certainly can find a dress to wear it with. I did receive a mystery item that was a vitamin C serum. The calpak travel organizer will also be something I will be using. I dont know if I would have paid $42 for these but thats the whole point of the subscription box. One thing I would be mindful of is that they have a very different policy when it comes to adding things to your cart. During the spring sale event, I added a box to the cart by mistake(did not proceed) and was charged for the box at the end of the event. That is when I realized- anything thats added to the cart will be completed by them and charged at the end of the event. So be mindful about that.( Yes, the customer care was nice to refund this one time *phew*)Overall, I think it was an ok experience. Customer service is not bad. I did get an email regarding the summer box. Will I subscribe again? Honestly, I dont know. I like the excitement in receiving the products but I dont think I can afford the cost of it. So maybe not.

Signed up for a discounted Spring 2020 Box at $39.99. Was not made aware that there was an additional $20 styling fee and got hit with that two weeks later. I tried to get this rectified through customer service but they passed me onto the “styling team”. When I asked to cancel my account due to perceived unwillingness to refund me, they yet again tried to pass me off to the “styling team” and said that they would reach out to me soon.Edit: Due to the styling team’s prompt and considerate response, I have to bump up their star rating. They were so helpful and nice!

I went to buy the Spring 2020 box, payed my $50 and went on to customize my box. Only 1 or 2 options were left as everything else was sold out (I did try to buy this box near the end of the Spring season so possibly my fault). I decided I was not happy with the choices and went to the customer service chat box to cancel and ask them for a refund and not to send out the box I just purchased. This was resolved in a matter of minutes, amazing customer service i am not sure what all the other reviews are talking about. I am definitely going to get the Summer box when I will be sure i will have more choices.

I find you end up with a lot you wouldn’t normally buy for yourself. It’s a cute surprise though! Just not sure it’s worth the price tag.

I find the reviews on this page to be a little strange like there is some type of campaign against FabFitFun. I was recommended to subscribe by a friend because she loved it. and so did her friend who recommended it to her. the box from my first selection paid for its self with something I had wanted for months. the remaining items fell right in place with a face mask palette what was super unique, serum for my face which is so expensive and face lotions which I can never get enough of. the remaining surprises were a variety of items that are relaxing like sleepy time lotions, 2 lips balms and then I also read a review of the same brush which I also received and loved. i didn’t realize that some of the items i received i could also share with my daughter which makes it even more valuable to our household. there were even a few items I felt would be perfect for GFs to give to them. I already looked to see when I can select next months box items. I’m pretty incredulous at a lot of these reviews and find it hard to believe that getting a a box full of very usable items for the price of one that you would already pay full price for deserves 1 or less stars. I will be sure to stay close to any possible issues with credit card and the like but so far, very good.

So I defiantly got a high of excitement waiting for and receiving the box! But I was disappointed that I did not really get things that I wanted or needed. When I got the box I also received a catalog of the other things that I could have gotten and wished that I had gotten those things or I flat out didn't like the things? I guess you have to pay more to get the things you really want or have a choice to select which defeats the purpose of the box?

Got my third box. The first box was good. The second box only had two decent products (that I could definitely live without). This third box arrived today and is a box of garbage, wrapped real pretty. I was so angry with myself for getting duped. I highly advise you don't waste your money. I promptly cancelled my subscription. Customer service sounds like it is routed to India. Took ten minutes to cancel. I don't trust this business so I will be checking with the bank to make sure they don't bill me.UPDATE: Customer service told me they did not bill me for a second box. They did, and the box arrived today. This box contained much much better stuff. Only a few things I won't keep. I did feel like I got my money's worth this time.

I have been a part of the FabFitFun subscription box for over a year. My first two boxes were good. There. were a lot of products in there that I was excited about. After that the boxes I got were less interesting and the last two weren’t good for me at all. The box I received just this week had actually one thing in it that I would actually use and that was a set of silicone straws that can be purchased at Amazon for about eight dollars. I was hoping this box would be better than last months, but it’s worse. So I am going to cancel and spend my $50 on something I can actually use.

I have been a FabFitFun member for I think 2 years and was really disappointed with the last box. Not only could I not find any record of my ability to customize (I always am sure to do this!) but almost everything I received this box was for skin care and anti-aging. I was really disappointed as I wouldn't have chose many of the products and don't see myself using many of them. I know it's "worth" $200 so I should be happy I only paid $50 but I felt like it was not worth it this month and I was dissatisfied in the products sent to me. I have "$68" tea towels with which I am not impress by and then yes, 5 skin care products of my total 8 products shipped. My non skin care products were the tea towels, mascara - will enjoy, and a leave in conditioner (this was in my previous box and I have hardly used so I really didn't need another bottle). I just felt disappointed and like many products I received weren't a good fit. Oftentimes there is an overlap in product type which is why customization is important. I still have SOO many facemasks and hair products from previous boxes so was really looking for something more this time.

I've received three seasons of FabFitFun boxes, and I've been surprised at how many new items I've become a fan of because they were introduced to me via FabFitFun. I'm not a big fan of shopping in stores. I love getting things in the mail. FanFitFun is perfect for someone like me. It's a splurge I give to myself quarterly.

The customer service was impeccable. The representative I spoke with was friendly, articulate about the situation we were discussing, and was clear and precise with the the information given. I recommend their subscription to anyone who is interested in any of the products

Love this site and this company! They really pour their heart and soul in finding great products and getting them to subscribers at great deals and with such creativity!!! So appreciative for them.
